@avaterkid my best advice is play in the American league that way you wont have to worry about your batting ratings at all and play through all your spring training games you can rack some XP up, try to focus on 1 pitch at first to get it really good so you have something to rely on I went for the 2 seam fastball and when you are pitching vary your pitches and locations to keep the hitters guessing and never pitch to the center of the plate always work the sides and corners

I played as a first baseman when I had a ps2 and it was really hard for me to keep my discipline at plate. But i ended up with 5 HR and 45 RBI's

I have a problem. I start a Franchise mode, when a reach like fourteen games and save, then when I load it again, it says "Error while loading the file". I have tried several times with different teams, but the same shit happens. Any Help?

9 wins actually, and this was in the second half of the season so the records are reset, but I was still by far our best pitcher actually got the MVP of the All Star game and the Season as we went on to win the championship

Yes this is the PS2 version, when you play a field posistion in Road to the Show it simulates plays that you are not involved in so you only play your at bats and plays that involve your posistion

I only played the demo of 2k9 on the 360 but I would saywithout a doubt if you are talking PS2 The Show is the way to go

They used to have a wireless adapter that you just plug into the back but unfortunently you cant find it ANYWHERE, unless you search ebay im sure they have it.

Yes this is on PS2, I would definetly get this on PS2 over 2k9 on 360, it may not look quite as pretty but the game play is far, far superior

I believe its in one of the settings menus should be an option to view from behind the batter or behind the pitcher you want behind the pitcher

I havn't seen any beach balls but I have noticed some different animations like guys "adjusting" themselves after reaching first base...I have really only played RTTS mode though so those things may be more present in theother modes
