Takes me back to my time in Nepal. Thank you. How lucky I am to live at a time when we possess this amazing technology that allows me to listen to these beautiful mantras while sitting at my desk.
I feel so enchanted and thrilled to hear this song again... I remember the shops inside the Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu playing this mantra song while I was taking rounds around the Boudhanath in 2006 & 2010during my Nepal trip..
Happy Lunar New Year 2011! Just returned from a beautiful Chenrezig empowerment in Mount Shasta ...Tibetan monks from the Gaden Shartse Monastery have been visiting our mountain for 20years ... I feel so fortunate to have received this mantra.
This version resonates with me more than others.Find myself going through my day singing this and feeling connected to the divine.Thank you for sharing.Namaste.
i can't help it and listen to that music with joy in my heart and smile on my fac...
it gives me peace of mind and bring back fantastic memories: i'd love to go back to tibet, and do more films... i heard this music again and again while being in nepal , and it's this feeling of peace i wanted to transmit, hopefully i did!
!Ahora vete, viaja, Rohita!
To a previous question: The group is Taiwanese, members are Song Huei Liou, Ya Gin Gin, Shen Horng, Shen Yan, song arranged bu Huan Tung Sun. I tried to find out more about those artists or the background of this precise version, but difficult to get. Anyway having been in Nepal one cannot help associating this "song" with Thamel, Bouddhanat, Swayambunat and Namche Bazaar, real Tibetan or not, it evoques memories of great and magical moments. Enjoy.
what is this? this is tibetan mani mantra? NOOOOOO... This is tibetan landscape and chinese music .... (NO mantra for meditation) (wolf in lamb's clothing and political brain-washing)
@Mihalecz67 You should know that this is sung by a Tibetan monk who is considered a master of music by his peers. I don't think this is what you claim it to be.
Many people in the world consider Siddhartha Gautama as the greatest Guru in the world. Siddhartha Gautama before he became Buddha or the enlightened one was born in about 563 BCE in Lumbini, Nepal. He was born into King Suddhodana Gautama and his queen Mayadevi, rulers of the Shakya tribe of Kapilavastu region near Lumbini.
During the rule of 7th Kirat King Jitedasti, Lord Gautama Buddha with his disciples came to the Kathmandu valley, Nepal to preach dharma.

I just dont believe that sane people think the way you do even if they are trying their very best to put on a show. If you really are serious then its obvious that you require immediate medical intervention. You really sound like the greyhound bus beheader did when he spoke in court. I hope I am wrong and that you are kidding.

I am Rasita Damanskyte, I ask you for help. After I decided that I dont want to kill whom Nydahl says and to be by arabs, he said in heart everything will be ok just you have to say i am samyaksam but actually it SOUNDED to say assasin and i started to say, then my women organs started to close growing and bone showed. I am not any assasin, and after I meditated on vajrasatva and he said (in mind) that it will cost me expensive and my asshole started to close. He is saying that he will kill me.
hellow dear friends, my name is Rasita Damanskyte, I am 32 years old, and I used to be Oles Nydahls student. Boddhisatvas vow I gave to Karmapa Gyalwa Thaye Dorje. That wariors mantra om hangdzhia mala varaja soha Was said by Nydahl straight to me in Check republik, Friendland in buddhist course. After he told me to kill my mother and I thought that I have to do as teacher says. He also told me to stand by arabs. After I decided he is not my teacher anymore. Please could you help me,
I think in our universe everything is alive. To be alive means to have heart. Its earth, also sun, moon, mars, mercury, jupiter, venus, saturn, rahu, ketu and they are also alive. As they all are mooving and staying alive. But its said many years ago that time will come, when there will be a war. And such warior will win. It means WE WILL WIN, those who have heart. I think guests and those who began to work for them try to rule our world and to destroy even Shambala. They wont succeed. Warior.
I haven't got a chance to see Tibet. but I visited Ladhak last month. OMG, beyond beautiful. I love Buddhism, I heard mantra song over there....very peaceful.
I am desparately seeking help to help my spouse who is so trapped in his mind due to illness and unable to comprehend reasoning and the physicall danger that he puts himself and his care-givers. Perhaps it is his past karma. How do I help his trapped mind. Trapped in depression.
the buddha taught that there is much suffering in life and some of it is unavoidable. clearly professional care is needed for your spouse beyond that you can should compassion but you must also show compassion to yourself. you are not responsible for the suffering and must protect yourself. I think the concept of impermance may be helpful. all changes and we must accept and not cling to past. love and peace.
first take care of yourself: meditate as much as you can. Give space of quietude to yourself and to your husband. When your meditation blossoms and you'll find calmness and peace inside yourself, it will help your husband on same deep levels. Also, in the state of clear mind and compassionate heart you'll have insight on what helpful actions you could take. Start by helping yourself. love and blessings
I have heard this music the very first time upon my arrival to Kathmandu, and have not stopped listening to it up to these days, 14 months after. This is the music that will be in my heart forever together with a Nepali man that I love but who does not belong to me. Thank you so much for posting the music!
I wake up every morning saying this mantra ...and it helps me get by my stressful life. I have noticed people are more compassionate towards me nowadays.
It is so heart-rendering when you love someone who is not yours to hold and keep. I wish you peace and trust you will have what you desire,
It is so wonderful to receive the message from you, thank you very much! Very sweet and heart-warming was to read your good wishes to me, unknown person, as if the dream that I was living in Nepal has brought me again something nice into my life. I wish you all the best in life, to be happy and healthy, and to keep up your positive spirit.
Reading your posting I felt your sadness and pain. It doesn't cost anything to offer goodwill to other people.
I am going through much in my life for the last 14 months. Everyday...every hour presents newer challenges. Buddhist friends introduced this mantra, the green tara and white tara mantras. These 3 mantras help me face my hourly challenges. I have been blessed with people with much goodwill who are there for me.
Humbly a question to ask. Sometimes when I listern to mantras...I feel sadness..yet it helps me cope...it is like a security blanket when I am in despair. Has anyone out there felt the same? Or any sharing...I will be humbled by any response. May the universe and the mantras show us the way to live and eventually die...the proper way.
reginast29: I sometimes feel a type of sadness when I hear mantras. I've experienced it as a feeling of being called home - on a deep level of our essential being (not home on the physical plane). When I fully experience the sadness, I find on the other side of that, a deep compassion. Much love to you....
Much Thanks for replying. Though I still have not the wisdom to fathom your explaination. I do not doubt what you say because I believe you have shared what you have felt. I now must continue to pray for the wisdom to understand the much deeper meaning.
there's a CD called "Tibetan Incantations" that has this and two other 10 minute chants on it; my Nepali boyfriend gave it to me! :) love it, love him.
This video is wonderful! The images of flags floating, with the blue sky background is fantastic and send a huge inner peace, along with the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum." My grandmother loved to see the clothes in the clothes line, with colors and distributed its video and I reported to his memory. Thank you, Solange
thanks for the video and the music. i miss my country NEPAL, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, the land of peace of love, the land of shangrila, the top of the world,

If each person would search for the way to establish peach within, then there would be peace without as well.
Namaste.
