I tried to find out more about those artists or the background of this precise version, but difficult to get. the buddha taught that there is much suffering in life and some of it is unavoidable. clearly professional care is needed for your spouse beyond that you can should compassion but you must also show compassion to yourself. you are not responsible for the suffering and must protect yourself. I think the concept of impermance may be helpful. all changes and we must accept and not cling to past. love and peace.

Humbly a question to ask. Sometimes when I listern to mantras...I feel sadness..yet it helps me cope...it is like a security blanket when I am in despair. Has anyone out there felt the same?
