  • There was a time when this would have worked. Today there are so many threats, so many people, and without a strong central government the world would be too dangerous a place to live. A world government is needed to bring the bendfits of science and the worth of the world to all people. A world government is the only solution that will bring peace and security to the world. Without peace it doesn't matter how low your taxes are. Support the U.N., Council on Foreign Affairs, & the Illuminati.

  • In my opinion, the government should manage public assets (tax money) for expenditure on public property maintenance (roads, bridges, traffic systems) and needed public services such as a military, court system, police, and various other necessary services. I believe in a military because it is essentially a highly organized group of people that want to defend their private and public assets, and I think a VERY mild legal system should exist ONLY to defend people from direct harm due to others.

  • if they got rid of the SS for anyone under a certain age Like 25-30 but the problem with that is government likes to "borrow" from that fund so they are not gonna get rid of it anytime soon

  • A flat tax would simply get increased "for our protection". Or if there was still fiat currency, the government would supplement the flat tax w/ the inflation tax.

  • The problem is having a group of people sanctioned with the right to initiate the use of force against the whole society.

In this kind of situation, it is utterly impossible for unscrupulous people to try to proxy this right to coercion. Also, it is utterly impossible for unscrupulous people to want to be part of that group that coerces people.

  • its come to the point where the people who are frugal about their spending and work hard are underpaid and overworked, but those who entertain make hundreds of millions of dollars and work less hard and are less frugal than the average American, while most people are just getting by, and sad thing is a lot of people think this will continue watching tv a big distraction for what's coming, listening to celebrity gossip, promoting a system falling apart.

  • economics isn't based on common sense or the laws of life or nature. economics is destroying life, nature, human spirits, etc. either way, its all part of the madness to which people do. sad thing is, no matter how much money is thrown at this problem, all it does is acquire more debt for the next generation of an overpopulated world. its about business, not about helping humans, or bringing peace, unity, love, respect, reciprocity, etc

  • "The myth of the golden gun", Government is the monopoly of force/violence PERIOD."well we will just have a smaller gun and we will point it this way and society will work perfectly or better".Everything you named from educating the poor,defense,law/justice can be done better and more efficient on a voluntary basis(anarchy).Giving a minority of people a bunch of guns is not a answer to any complex social problem.

  • I agree with everything in this video. DEMCAD ought to run for representative of his district as an independent 3rd party. What was in the box, that hat he had on?

  • I agree with your analysis. The reality is that “government” is now a bunch of gangsters forcing people to provide wealth, so that criminals may provide services for //themselves//. It is a killing & plunder system, designed for the benefit of the mass murdering Debt Syndicate. Bankers are the principles of the Debt Syndicate. Politicians are WHORES, down on their knees doing the nasty for bankers. The pimps are the Corporation lobbyists, which pay graft for the services of the whores.

  • youre conflating anarchy with chaos. there is no reason more people would die in an a stateless society. the state actually injects more chaos into society than anarchy could produce.

  • The gov has perverted the role of gov to justify a year long job, and thereby a full time paycheck. Even with all they have done that is breaking the laws of The constitution, they still cannot fill the time, as evidence, what other job do you know of where you get at least a week off for EVERY holiday plus a 3 month vacation. Not to mention a 4 day work week.

  • Actually, the framers of The Constitution had a debate over the same thing. It was decided that a gov was better than no gov simply as a way to insure individual rights. There are only 7 things they are supposed to do. Read the Constitution to see where it says, "congress must meet at least 1 day every year". Why do you think that was put in? Simple, there is almost nothing for them to do, so it was decided they must meet so they can keep up with what was happening in other states.

  • Man, this is the very best video you've ever done so far. I agree with you on this. I must rate this video a huge 5+ Stars. Pleeeeease do more videos like this that will challenge people to be individualistic thinkers instead of collective docile mindless sheeple heading to the slaughterhouse.

  • Good vid

  • 5 stars

  • Of course we need a government. By all means show me a society that has prospered without one. Without a government, unity between individuals is lost and everyone's drives are ultimately aimed at the self again. Few people would pay for roads unless they had to, which is why there are taxes that make it mandatory. I witness the hypocrisy all the time where I live; people bitch and moan about how horrible the roads are and then decrease taxes. People need to be led.

  • wretcherwretch:

    Only sheep need a shepherd.

  • @akyhetti

And humans are sheep. So yep.

  • Roughly 97% anyway.

As for the remaining 3%: (John Locke called us 'The Remnant' or, in todays vernacular: 'Threepers') we will not allow others to do our thinking for us.... and therein lies the rub.

We just want to be left alone to peacefully pursue our lives in whatever manner we see fit.... but, unfortunately, the sheep are too stupid- and the shepherds too arrogant- to allow us to do so without unnecessary interference.

  • @akyhetti

I more view it as a responsibility of that 3% or whatever arbitrary number you assign to the minority who are not sheep to lead those who are.

  • name a society that has lasted with a government?

  • @AmericanValues321

    Witty, but a dumb comment.

    The US? Europe?

  • @AmericanValues321 No society has ever lasted forever.

  • I agree with most of your points, but I disagree that the wealthier the person the most the productive they are. Not that a flat tax (if at all) is a bad idea.

  • We don't need government at all.

Not for defensing the country (we have enough weapons ourselves, and when we mess with others, others don't mess with us.)

You could join your local militia...

Not for health care or justice.

  • "I got something in the mail from a fellow YouTuber" = DO NOT WANT

Your thoughts on the role of government remind me of people who form their perception of global warming on whether it snows in the winter. There are some things that you just cannot be informed about by thinking about it at home or chatting about it online. I know that it sounds condescending, but there is a vast body of human knowledge, experience and hope that created the American experiment which you are ignoring.

  • Haha. Reggie is young and Naive. I also suspect this is more about socialization than politics or ideology for him. He THINKS he believes what he says but he really just wants to fit in and have some friends. I've been watching him. He's a loner. He probably couldn't find black friends he had much in common with in his area so he began to conform and create a persona that has found acceptance on Youtube. lol. What would we do without the Internet? lol. G-d bless him. I wish him the best.

  • It's OK to accept gifts or payments...

But my policy is that if I have to file a tax form... hmmm.... :-??

    it's up to you.

  • Demcad, you are wrong! Different taxes? Well, why not a more fair wage system instead. Education should be free for all! And wages should be quite fair. I mean, why is the jobs where you wear a tie the most well payed?! They do not make more good than others, like bankers! No, a society like "The Venus Project" would be best! Take away the money system! It just make the world rivalry!! Why not live as ONE world. It would benefit everyone.

  • Demcad check out this video and let me know what you think. watch?v=VcL66zx_6No&feature=SeriesPlayList&p=30C13C91CFFEFEA6

It's a Harvard professor Michael Sandel talking about a fair way of living. I just want to know what you think about it.

  • This guy is Great!!

  • There are lots of violent people out there. Getting my point? Without law, you will never be free.

I for one would consider it my "duty"to see every Anarchist killed for destroying this country if you ever got what you wanted. It's not me who doesn't understand what you want. It's you.

Within 3 comments I had you admitting that you want a posse of hired guns to protect you. Within 3 more I could have got you admitting you want to take slaves.

    Keep that gun close.

  • nice points

  • @ rigel1514

Good luck with that private army of hired guns. You're selling me on anarchy more and more by the minute.

Remember what I told you. Be careful what you wish for, and keep that gun close.

  • look up a video on here called "What is the Republic" on the TheChannelforLiberty channel. The video explains a lot on this subject. Tell me what you think Demcad if you decide to watch it. :) My thoughts are government with the proper limitations as the founding fathers originally set up were good, but obviously things have unconstitutionally changed over the years. I hope a nonviolent revolution comes, but if we are forced to violently take back our country I am prepared for it.

  • Taxing the hell out of the mega-rich -- like the Wal-Mart klan -- makes sense.

Taxing the Wal-Marts of the world is logical because they stand on the backs of past geniuses to get what they have. People have invented diesel engines, interstate road systems, refrigeration, factory technology, vehicles, etc. In other words, big businesses are benefitting from past and present human innovation. They are not islands.

I don't like to see small businesses taxed to death though.

  • @MrBigwong, the problem with that is then the mega rich take their money, businesses and the jobs that go with that to another country. A business exists to make a profit. DEMCAD is right, a fair flat tax is the best option. 15% of a dollar is 15 cents. 15% of a billion dollars is $150,000,000. The mega rich will still pay more. Remember, a poor man never hired anybody for a job. I want to keep what little industry we still have over here.

  • but the solution is that when they are ripping off customers and employees and then leave, who will take their place will not do the same.

  • Big businesses will always kick our @sses. As a small businessman, I realize that the Walmarts, Microsoft can always find another country to set up HQ in. We can't; we're not powerful enough. This sucks, but we have to realize this fundamental nature of reality. It might not be "fair" but it's real. we have to accept nature the way it it is and make sure we do every damn thing we can to protect the less powerful, BUT kicking out the most powerful means other nations will use them against us.

  • DC, How would you like to see Goldman Sachs constructing your roads and installing your pipes? I wouldn't.

  • I think you need government to a degree. Clean water, high food quality standers, safe medicine (which can be a double edge sword because sometimes good meds have to sit on the shelf for years before it gets approved). You know the Muslims (yes Muslims believe it or not *lol) have it in their religious texts that people cant be taxed any more then 2.5% of their surplus earnings and they cant accept interest I think we should use their banking system.

  • you will see a lot of those stoves on the street soon.

  • Holy shit I was seriously laughing out loud when you said your tight budget thing hahaa!!

  • Are you familiar with the alternative form of government that Schaeffer Cox is developing up in Fairbanks Alaska? Its a big State, but you might have heard about it while living up there.

  • I agree with you entirely. It's also worth noting that even with wicked people fear is still a behavior limiting factor.

Now if there is to be government at all, then it needs to be restricted to military and space exploration, in my opinion.

  • Its a best buy paper bomb.

  • No. We need clones of me.

  • The government needs to be much smaller...like 70% smaller and we should be on a flat tax....10-12% tax for everyone based on income. In america you are penalized for being successful!

  • not even close. Those who are successful get the most perks, the most forgiveness of mistakes, the most influence to take from others. Those who are the most poor are the most penalized.

  • @moonbaby625 That's because the rich benefit more> For example, taxes pay for the military, which ideally defends our freedoms, including our property. Since the rich have more property, they benefit more than the poor

  • government .. is like a big bag of donkey chow ... it's all good as long as you can stick your donkey nose in that bag and get a snout full of donkey chow.. but as soon as you no longer get your snout full of donkey crunchies life gets ugly quickly .. kinda like entitlements and subsidies it's all good... till it ain't ... take care let them eat donkey chow ..
  • Interesting that as you ranted, you walked past a sign that said "NO OUTLET", at 9:41.

  • I think anarchy would work if we were spread out better. But we're quite heavily populated now, and concentrated in urban areas. I don't think we're ready to live in sprawling cities without any organization. :(

  • @drutter Anarchism would work well for small societies, like what humans used to live in. When we start getting more and more concentrated, we need an entity to prevent rules from being broken.

  • Hey DEMCAD, I can definitely agree with you that govt should be much smaller and have their hands in less things. I also agree on the focus toward science, but also on ALL learning. Imagine if every person could be doing something they loved and were good at, and had access to education and training. Society would advance in leaps and bounds.

Most non-brainwashed people want peace, smaller govt, lower tax, etc. Unfortunately we don't have the numbers (yet). Nor the organization or money.

  • "There's nothing wrong with a dictatorship... As long as I'm the dictator." - G.W. Bush.

  • I think the Boogie man is in on it too.

  • if you think hunger is a threat then helping ppl a.k.a. entitlement programs is a necessary thing would you rather have an education or food and shelter. i think your priorities are out of balance

the ultra wealthy in american society are not productive most exist in a one-way transfer of wealth. the trickle down effect does not occur.

  • Got something in the mail from a fellow youtuber... lets hope this is not a bomb? Obviously your address isn't posted so IF a 'fellow youtuber' sent you something its because you gave them your address, second, its pretty offensive to whoever you gave your address to by suggesting they are sending you a bomb, third, by making that statement your trying to draw attention to yourself by LYING.

  • well his name is NOT common, while I am not going to post it, it is there and there is only 1 listing of that name in the whole united states (technically 2, the other in his former addy in AK)

  • 1. I turned the box over so that people would not be able to see the address.

    2. It was a joke and that's why I laughed. And I thanks Ken for the gift, so what's your beef?

    3. It's a joke, get over it.

  • Demcad, That is the fairtax.

  • Also, If you guys can't take the pressure now you'll really collapse without "Big Brother" to look after you. Some of you are just weak and it shows. You bitch and complain because you can't find work at Walmart or because of Walmart. If this sounds like you chances are you were NEVER in a good position. It just took you until now to figure it out. You hate everything and everybody because you can't figure life out. Instead you pretend to be politically astute and concerned to mask your fear.

  • THANKS for teaching me about that movie "COLLAPSE" and the 100 monkeys

It has caused me to re evaluate the entire Pattriot movement and exposed the lies they tell

  • I would want to add that small govt, at a localised level is what we need otherwise we would end up like Somalia. I needs to be the right size so that people can have a real say in what goes on.

  • Our present system is foolish, but yes, a government is necessary. At the federal level, they should only concern themselves with national defense and a common currency based on silver and gold so it can't be manipulated. I'm for strong state rights and a weak central government. As it is now, the federal government imposes its will on the states. We need to reverse that. Bring back the Whig party.

  • Sounds good but is it realistic? What next? Will we have states seeking to secede from the Union like Quebec wants to do in Canada? In theory what you say is great but in real life the power MUST be central or else we'll all chiefs and no Indians or horses pulling in different directions. The time for nostalgia is done. This is the NUCLEAR age. A lot has changed since 1776 guys. Turning BACK the clock is NOT the solution.

  • @Badjohn007, you made some good counter points. My suggestion is great in a perfect world, but we don't have that so it's flawed. One thing I do know, the present system is a collossal failure and needs to be overhauled. I just don't know exactly how to do it. Ending the federal reserve would be a great start.

  • You're aware there are people who feel the system is working just fine right? I say that to say you can never please everyone no matter the system. There will always be discontent. Ultimately, we all have the personal responsibility to make whatever system in place work to our advantage and it can. Men are flawed so anything man constructs will be as well. Get rid of the Fed and there will be something else. Get rid of income tax and we'll have a sales tax. Such is life man. Live or die.

  • the only people who feel the system is working just fine are those who are depriving everyone else. That's a strong indicator it's not working just fine. The bank robber who never gets caught will certainly say Everything is A -OK.

This isn't about discontent, it's fraud, debt-slavery, robbery, and we know it, so why don't we have power to stop it? In the end they will back down or YOU will need to use GUNS for your freedom.

  • People can also say that the only people who feel the system isn't working are those who can't get a job or those who expect to be provided for. It's all a matter of perspective. Christopher Columbus is a here in Spain and the Devil in the new world he arrived in. It's all a matter of perspective is what I was saying. Everyone is guilty of putting self interest first! Does that make them right?

  • who "expects" to be provided for? Really? Sounds like a mythical argument to me, rather than one based in fact. It's not a "matter of perspective" that if, say, all the manufacturing in a nation is bought up and then dismantled, this is an attack on the health of that nation by whoever had the massive assets to do it.

  • There are certainly people who expect the government to provide for them. Maybe not you but look at the banking industry and Wall St. lol. Man relax. Your guns alone won't do anything but get you killed. There are other components needed for a successful resistance. In any event I wish you the best.

  • The guns can be rigged so there's no human there to shoot at who is controlling it. Micro-controllers, fuel-cells, 3-D scans (done on the cheap).

  • I don't think the banking industry expects to be provided for. I think that's a misperception. I think they expect to overcome any resistance so they get what they steal, and that's not the same thing as being "given" something. Governments are being held ransom: hand over the money or we destroy your national economy. That's an act of terrorism, not a tax hand-out.

  • no, central power is central corruption. Decentralization is the solution.

  • Have fun being an armchair politician conducting meaningless debates on Youtube. Do you think you're going to change anything? Guns? You think That's the solution? They may help when it comes to crime but when it comes to govt they'll only provide cause for you to be slaughtered. Look at Waco. They had plenty guns. What good did it do them. I'm not saying your concerns aren't valid but the solutions people like you provide are so archaic.

  • depends on the situation. Guns, mines, grenades, all have their uses. The time not to use them is when those who oppose you aren't trying to kill you as a first and/or ready option. I know for a fact the use of these things CHANGES things. I know for a fact that not fighting back is the same as giving away all you have to those who will oppress you. It is the only way forward.

  • SPOT ON Reg! You hit the nail on the head! Govt has morphed into something that is as much of a burden as it is a help and is more the case of the former when thanks to serial benefit claimants, wars we didn't want, etc, the govt tolerates/promotes them and is sucking us hard working people dry.

  • a society is only as strong as its weakest link. the government tries to make that weaker link stronger.....

  • poliece, firemen, teachers, some garbage companies etc....i could go on and on.

Rape and murder would take over our world.

  • i am not sure if u are slow...i usto be very intrested in what u have to say, but i am not sure any more. do u know what this country would be like, if we did not have a government.

  • The constitution is just a piece of paper without people willing defend the truths they wrote down.

PS, Good luck with that gun. When Anarchy breaks out, I'll be coming for you. Hide in your house and wait for me. Enjoy your "freedom".

  • @akyhetti "What, exactly, does cannibalism and mythology have to do with anarchy? "

Common origins, common behaviour, common time periods. No rules, bad things are actually good because there are no rules, blood-lust becomes culture and economy, that kind of thing.

  • Government can be good in small doses. The problem is Big Government and all the yahoos who want and support it. I have a major problem with the liberals and socialists who strive for Big Government. I feel thay are UnAmerican and dont deserve any of the liberties that this country provides. They are a domestic threat and should be delt with for they will if able destroy this country. Kids Convicts and Commies, and bleeding hearts who are bleeding us to death.

  • Should the gov. help us save money? Well, that's...

like sending Nick Nolte on a beer run,or

like sending your kids to the movies with Peewee Herman,or

like hiring Bernie Madoff as an investment manager.

Come to think of it, it's kinda like appointing Hank Paulson as treasury secretary. And now we have Geitner? Fact is stranger than fiction I guess.

  • LMAO! You should write comedy.

  • Also... I think the kind of government we need is one that strickly follow the damn constitution. Plain and simple.

  • That aint no stove. Thats a home made pipe to smoke weed out of when you don't have anything else to smoke with!lol

  • i like a developmental regime.

  • Yeah, I can see how you Lol-punks got ideas, I dont see u living without a Government;

If there was no government u may not be here talking, especially in Alaska lol

  • Demcad

Your idea of perfect government is the same as the founding fathers of our country. There was never an income tax until the federal reserve act of 1913! There never were any property taxes either until the past century. The only taxes placed by the federal government were a sales tax on interstate trade. The original US constitution is all the laws any society needs!

  • I agree with this one exception - our constitution is not a complete set of detailed laws - it is a set of guidelines. Compared with constitutions of other nations it is short. Where other nations attempted to create constitutions that detailed what to do in many specific cases... our founding fathers created something meant to be more flexible.

  • Thank you. These guys just repeat what they hear other people say.

  • @AreYouConcerned Lincoln imposed an income tax during the cicil war

  • @calvinhobbesliker2

You left out that the Supreme Court declared the income tax law unconstitutional in 1895. The Supreme Court ruled that an income tax is a direct tax and therefore unconstitutional! That is why the 16th amendment was passed to amend that part of the constitution. The 16th amendment was never ratified by 2/3 of the states. Wake up! Do some research!

  • @AreYouConcerned 36 out of 48 states ratified it, meeting the 3/4 requirement(it's not 2/3). After that, 6 more states ratified it

  • The government's job under a CONSTITUTIONAL REPBULIC is to enforce the law, and protect the borders, AND THAT'S IT.

  • Good video, hope people do know that Obama has our government at the largest it's ever been in history.

  • And our population is the largest it ever has been in history and our debt and GDP and everything else. So what's your point smarty pants?

  • Smarty pants? What are you twelve going on forty?

This has nothing to do with debt or GDP, in fact the GDP is lower than it was two years ago dumb ass.

Obama has made this huge vampire style government, so my point is, we don't need a huge blood sucking government, a small efficient one will do just fine.

  • Lighten up. Obama did it all. Yeah, in one year his policies totally crippled this country. Get a grip. The only frustrated dumb ass is you apparently. You're more than likely white, with limited earning potential in this current market. Welcome to the real world chump. Some of you aren't used to struggle. You have a sense of entitlement and at the first sight of trouble you crash plans into the IRS building, commit suicide and talk about overthrowing the government. Blow it out your ass!

  • @dipshitjohn007

I'm Black, I own my own company & am doing fine, that doesn't circumvent the fact that Obama has kept lock step with Bush policy. Obama has increased the size of Government, he has increased the number of our troops overseas. Is it only convenient to protest when it's a Republican in the white house? Keep on with your uneducated comments that get on average 3 thumbs down, you're part of the problem, not the solution, you've shown ignorance on all issues regarding this video.

  • I don't look to anybody Republican or Democrat to be responsible for me. If you're black I'm blue. Better yet if you own your own business I'm purple. You're full of shit. You're just like the other disgruntled posters here and NONE fot the description you offered.

  • @ Badjohn007

Listen fucktard, you've been shown to be wrong... time and again... you keep talking trash but can't back it up, you pointed the fingers, I cut them off.

Now go back to your home page & watch your Al Jezeera subscription.

No wonder you're so misinformed, but I don't blame you, ignorance is passed down generation to generation, please get your G.E.D. and stop trying to type anything coherent, it's beyond your grasp. No one is disgruntled here, we are discussing the topic.

  • Fucktard? ooooooh. You're really worked up now aren't you? You've got me beat buddy. You're one ignorant arrogant fool. Throw in a pathological liar too. I don't have a GED. I've got a real diploma. lmao.

  • @NotsoBafjohn007

you said "Buddy" -you must be white...

I forgot to ask your retarded ass, are you GRIMACE or BARNEY?

'Cause I hate to break it to you, you're a bright purple ass punk-bitch, after saying what you said.

I was giving you credit for passing the 8th grade, but now I'm not so sure.

You seem a bit too defensive about your education level. Quiting while you're slightly behind may work for you, ever try it? 'Cause ever since you entered this discussion you've been wrong.

  • threepiece has you beat. hands down. I don't give you cfreit for even 6th grade. Same as the average American.

  • Has me beat? Is this a boxing match? lol. 6th grade education? Try 2nd grade. I'm totally illiterate with a masters in circumlocution. lol

  • I think the flat tax along with a low sales tax would be the best idea and the most fair for all. The IRS would be reduced to just a fraction of what it is now. Super video! Possibly your best yet! How is the Job going? Also, looks like it is getting warmer . We will miss your cool hat!

  • Demcad

These vidoes you are posting while you are walking are your best ones. It seems the freash air opens your thought clearly and your perspective on the economy and Government relations. Kudo"s! Hope you post a vid on your thoughts of the Pentagon incident and the unemployment report!

  • THIS IS THE BEST POINT YOU'VE MADE, Demcad !

I think we could do just fine taking car of ourselves if elitists didn't corner the market on EVERYTHING!!!!

if we were all self sufficient all over the world, there wouldn't be "protectionist" issues... we'd know how to resolve & solve issues without fighting.... cause we'd all take care of each other....

  • Elitists are simply the people who excelled and dominated. They will always be with mankind. They're usually the brightest, most violent, most manipulative among us. Most anything except loving. Sorry bud. The "elites" are here to stay. lol

  • I'm with you on many points.,

    yet wary. Peace.

  • He's so right...

  • You sound like Thomas Paine my friend! It's not called "Common Sense" for nothing

  • Actually the United States has been a huge success, that you could imply otherwise demonstrates a level of intellectual dishonesty rarely witnessed.

It hasn't "failed", it's been under attack by groups of men who have a vested interest in seeing it eliminated. Even that won't be enough though.

If you ever got the anarchy you wanted, the first thing I would do is start killing anarchists.

  • I give the US 5 years. It is a sinking ship.

  • without some for of government, there would be a form of anarchy upon us. warlords would rise up and they would treat people a lot worse than what we have now. Another important function of government is the enforcement of property rights and contract enforcement. Is our government too bloated and should be downsized? yes. Would we be better off with no government? Of course not.

  • We already have warlords. We call them Goldman Such and bank of America.

  • this is true, the large corporations have lot of power within our society, However, we do live fairly well off and are treated better than we would be under the rule of flat out warlords. No matter how you look at it, our society cannot function anywhere near the amount of civilization we have now without someone to enforce property rights and enforce contracts.

  • Cola can stove??

  • govt is a necessary evil....like fire. A small controlled fire is your best friend, keeping you warm and cooking your food. However a large out of control fire is your worst nightmare, same goes for govt.

  • The size and role of government is inversely proportional to society's sense of personal responsibility. Once the govt takes on responsibility for people, accountability, equality and efficiency all go to hell

  • Government is fine, of course you should tax the rich more to provide programs for the poor. Without that I don't see the need for a government. I see the whole capitalist\materialist, gotta keep up with the Jones society as the problem. There has got to be another way.

  • Fantastic subject content.

  • I didn't see a backpack today Dem.

  • Here is my FLAT tax idea:

Vote for Tax Percent Increase Simple Majority vote and can only last one fiscal year. Then it must be voted on again with a 5% increase in vote or it goes back to previous lower level. Each yearly vote must have a progressively higher vote required to keep the higher tax rate.

    Vote for Tax Percent Decrease

Simple Majority and does not have a fiscal time limit like the increase.

  • did the girl get to go to the dentist , LOL that was funny

  • Western Civilization has this myth that Utopia is an impossible ideal, not worth striving for because any attempt is doomed to fail. That's only because anytime they find it, they burn it to the ground.

  • Good vid. A lot of great points here. 5/5

  • Government has it's place as long as it's not too large. Look at Somalia... land of the lawless. I rather have government than the wild west, but when government is too large it starts to stick its head in where it doesn't belong.

  • I agree, as much as people complain about leaders, rulers or Government they are a necessary element of society. its not like nobody has ever thought of living in a world without government, those that have tried failed, those that do not study history are doomed to repeat it . what we need is a government that our founding fathers envisioned for America, a Government for the people. not corporate elitist or world domination.

  • DEMCAD you touched on so many subjects in this vid. ok, lets start with the Tax, I am all for a flat 10-15% Income tax. that would be great. I do not agree on a flat sales tax. actually all sales taxes should be eliminated. having a sales tax only, and no income tax, benefits the rich, how? I'll try and explain in this limited space, what percentage of a paycheck do low and middle class spend on goods and services? and what percentage do the upper classes spend. the ratio is huge.

  • regarding Gov. we do not need to re-invent the wheel here, its a big world out there, with many types of systems, what we need to look at is the "Quality of Life" factor. in the US we are not the most "free" or the most "educated" we do not have the best infrastructure, or the best life expectancy. we need to look at what works and what doesn't. we do need a smaller more efficient gov. and less wasted spending on policing the world. Ron Paul, Libertarians, Green party etc. are for this.

  • I don't know, I prefer not to have any income taxes or property taxes, that way I can actually keep more of the money I make and be less inclined to demand higher wages which in turn would put me in a higher earnings bracket which would enable the government to tax me even more since we do have income taxes.

  • Do gay guys need a vagina?

  • Demcad, I agree with you 100% Flat tax way to go. How are we going to pay for these government pensions? We don't need govt, except to protect the country, yes security orientated. That spending spree sounds like fun, lets do it! Your so funny, Thanks, your subscriber, Mike, south west of Denver, CO

  • lol

  • when you use catch phrases such as 'penalizing people from being productive' and 'entitlements' etc you show how brainwashed you actually are. do you think it's fair when a few people rake in BILLIONS, while others work their whole lives to maybe pay off a little house? you are basically promoting an even greater wealth gap. i thought you were a lot smarter than that. you would be food for the wolves if there were anarchy so you better hope that doesn't happen.

  • those things are so cool and easy to make

  • you talk about all these 'entitlements' without understanding how dependent you are on someone handing you a paycheck. what happens when no one needs you for anything? and all land and resources are owned by someone else? then what are you going to do? you obviously have no street smarts in you, none, so you'd be fucked... screaming for someone to save you, regardless of if that someone was the gov't or an employer. think about it.

  • noneofurdamnbiz, Reggie is correct. People ARE being penalized for success. Dont confuse success with wealth. Many of those who are raking in billions contribute nothing of value to society and are subsidized by the government, when it could instead pay off millions of bad mortgages on those little houses. You are defending a criminal government. You will be food for an insatiable beast of a state.

  • i'm not defending the government at all. i know the system is completely corrupted & broken. i'm only saying that i think we do need government, although one that actually functions properly. my opinion is that capitalism without government control will only lead to an even bigger wealth gap until eventually the majority will have no share in the wealth they've helped to create. but whatever. him/you only hear what you want. we'll see how you manage when SHTF since you have it all figured out.

  • the government is the mafia.... don't pay your dues and just see what happens....

  • at 4:14 , Doesn't Defense mean Security?

  • @akyhetti please I beg you put down the crack pipe......

  • clearly most of the populous are obsess with there own priorities, rather than someone else.. we think of our selves over others but thats the way of life.. kill or be killed. to force change, you need a majority of people agreeing on one thing.. having no government will eliminate that.. who do you think you are jesus. everybody had the opportunity to be what ever they wanted to be. but people are just stupid. Yes without goverment it would be anarchy. dont complane on something that we created

  • Yeah, just don't confuse "being productive" with "being wealthy" - most wealth is achieved from capitalizing on the productivity of others. Also, never forget that the rich are good savers and the poor spend every dime that they have.

  • your ridiculous, government exist because we want it to exist.. governments are corrupt bureaucrats who wants nothing less but thee best that anyone could offer.. but that person is just another regular civilian just given, in ways authority by us... most of the people are stupid.. not bad STUPID.. stupid people do stupid things.. thats why 90 percent of this world is just made of misery and the ten only ten.. is whats left.. we have the opportunity to start again...

  • Wow my county sales tax is now at 5.5 it was 5 but to save a factory they raised my areas sales tax.

  • our county tax 9.97 welcome to retarded california???

  • That was really good Reg.

  • COOOOOOOL atlast you have something good for your bugout bag, a popcan stove :) fairplya to the guy for sending it to ya....

  • You can't be "free" without a government. In anarchy, you'll be stuck at home protecting your property. You are "imprisoned" by lawlessness.

Do we "need" government? No, but without it, you'll never be free.

Anarchy is a lie. It doesn't exist. It's just a tool of regime change, and tribalism. I want a constitutional republic.

  • No government!

  • we need to start producing instead of consuming

  • It does seem that all people want to do in life, is sit behind a desk, sign a few papers, and then wait for their paycheck so they can blow it on plastic shit made in china that nobody needs.

American society has been brainwashed and conditioned to be consumers. our whole economy is based on consuming. the problem now, is we do not make the stuff we consume. so there is the Problem, so simple, yet people would rather blame something else or someone else.
