If someone answer me these questions then I will consider him as Macedonian:

1)What does the Vergina star represents?

2)Why did Philip the first took place in the Olympic games where only greeks could participate?

3)Why do all the findings,monuments,coins from Alexander the Great are all written in Greek?

4)Why do FYROM constitution has a special paragraph that denies every research regarding the origins of FYROM citizens?

5)Why does Egyptians gave to its library the greek name AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΕΙΑ?

I don't know why people bother visiting Greece. I lived in Kosovo for half a year and visited Macedonia often. I decided to also visit Greece, taking a bus from Skopje to Thessaloniki and to Athens...Honestly, Greece has nicer weather but Greece is very unfriendly. Macedonia has many interesting historical things to see and is much less expensive. The people are nicer and they do not think the are too good to try to speak English to you. Happy 20th anniversary, Makedonija!

Just be ware if you go to Fyrom for history the government has falsified the origin of every historical figure.

Bulgarian historical figures like Tsar Samuil , Sain Naum , Milidanov brothers have been rebranded to "ethnik Macedonians"

Greek historical figures like Alexander , Aristoteles have been re branded to "ethnik Macedonians"

So dont think you will learn anything except political propaganda and attempts to hide their true Bulgarian roots

@pinklady3008 All the Macedonian history is located in the Macedonian region in Greece. The territory of Fyrom was locatated in Paeonia during ancient times

The people in Fyrom are ancestors of Bulgarians. So yes if you are interested in Bulgarian history like Tsar Samuil , Saint Naum t etc then this is the country for you

For the real ancient Macedonian history you need to go to Greece and for example visit Alexanders capital Pella ( called with the Bulgarian name Postol in Fyrom)
