The oral sex jokes on CNN and particularly MSNBC on teabagging they had them by the dozens. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said the White House was "amused" by the tea parties, but that "nobody out there is making $250,000 a year" as if that were somehow relevant.

President Obama said that he was "completely unaware" of the tea party protests. How can it be that the president could be "unaware" of a grass-roots protest movement of this size and scope? Doesn't he have a TV?

Excellent video, Thank you for posting.

This helps to describe that this movement is for all Americans of all political affiliations. I was also there at Lafayette Square in DC. Yes, It was cold and rainy all day long but this group (over 1000 people) was excellent through it all. Great speakers such as Alan Keyes, Mike Church and Laura Ingram to name a few. Let's keep it going!!! and we will cause a CHANGE, hopefully in the House and Senate in 2010 !

I was there in D.C. yesterday and there was around 2500 people. In the rain on a wednesday morning. I think it could become what ends the tyranny of the 2 party system or what gets Obama re-elected with 45% of the vote.

Its not about Dems or Repubs - it stared out as:

1)Spending the Fed. Government is spending way beyond its means - spending should not exceed revenue.

2)Liberty: The federal government is too involved in citizens lives, becoming the nanny for many citizens.

3)The Constitutional limits on the federal gov. have been over-stepped and ignored.

But when the inevitable results of the bad federal policy take over (which they inevitably will) Americans will demand the changes necessary.

Call or write your reps today tell them VOTE NO ON Obama's budget. The Cap and trade and carbon taxes will cost everyone. $3000 per household per year. Gas $1.30 gal extra.
