what she's doing to those mint leafs in wrong. the mint shoud not be "'splashed mint" like potate.if you do that your mojito will get bitter. you can simple put the leafs into your palms and hit it 2, 3 times. enjoy.

This mojito is over-muddled - you don't want tiny pieces of mint floating around the cocktail, as it clogs the straw and your guest gets a big lump of mint down their throat...
@Kathyle207 sure ,, u can use brown sugar n it'll b d best..... m a barman n i always use brown sugar whn make mojito...n in dis video she said about cane sugar.....she didnt say .... u guyz cant use brown sugar.
