I agree, there's generally a difference in Kweli and Tip's content, and Kweli's lyrics are more dense. But Tip's flow is way better, and he's got some of the most memorable lines in hip hop history. I see Tip as being on a higher level than Kweli, but I guess it's what you're looking for.
