what i saw online about the solo was that its completely picked on only two different strings (B and E strings). therefore, not sweep pick, just shred, nonetheless, good job... at least you can play it with the sweeps, i can't play either method xD

try it the way Syn does it now - alternate picking between two strings. I know it's the same notes, but damn its' so much harder like that. Not like I can even sweep it yet anyways. Switching between fingers 3 and 4 is like trying to play lefty for me haha. I'm working it though. Nice cover. Find yourself a bit better of a recording system though. And don't just be a guitarist that plays fast, make sure you play stuff with feeling too. Fast is only nice in moderation. Just food for thought haha.

@XxSephiroh28xX well as to recomendations, i recommend any schecter guitar with 24 frets and a floyd rose, and if u wanna change the pickups, get SEymour Duncan SH-8 which are the ones he uses., about the amp, im guessing marshall is a good bet. lol

@XxSephiroh28xX Any guitar will do its basically the amp that determines the sound, i suggest a eppiphone sg and a 15 or 30 watt amp, i have a 30 watt line 6 spider amp and that works well

The only solo that I can hear here, it's the original, even tough there's no sweeping, you're doing bad the sweeps, you gotta move your fingers or you're not gonna make each note sound individual, well idk

i transfer all of the solos fast picking stuff on to one string and finger tap it lol...i do that alot cause im bad a alternate picking and changing strings at the same time. if u have a tip to help plz REPLY

@bbbincorperated take the partial chromatic scale, (play 1 note for every finger on every string, such as 5 with index, 6 with middle, 7 with ring, and 8 with pinky) play it to death with alternate picking, and you should get better. the blues scale helps as well, because it has the odd blues note that throws off your picking patterns too.
