  • I thought that Dale Veasey was very good when he was in the tag team State Patrol in 1990. A dramatic improvement from his early matches in 1984-1985. Even he was at his best in this particular match with his partner with the double teaming on the Assassins at one point. Even more aggressive in his wrestling and his tough talking stance at the camera. One of his better matches, despite losing it.

  • LOL, the Super Assasins? They should have added them to the Glacier/ Mortis storyline

  • too bad they just didnt come back as the powers of pain

  • userboy6, you don't like the Jim McMahon, the former Super Bowl Winning Quarterback for the Chicago Bears? I can't blame you. He is kind of irritating. However, I don't like Vince McMahon, the guy who ruined wrestling.

  • great match, i miss the WCW, i hate Jim McMahon

  • Who were the Assasins?

  • State Troopers = WCW Worldwide regulars. Dale Veasey also did some jobs for the WWF in the late 80s

  • I woulda made that my finishing move! 4:55

  • Awesome match! Id like to see the match where the Super Assasians took on the Nasty Boys again and State Patrol against the Armstrongs.

  • Amazing clip, thanks for sharing, love the boots that the Assassins were wearing, where can I get some?

  • Assassin 1 is wearing possibly boots made by dehner, and assassin 2 is wearing Italian made Hi-Point Pro Motocross boots.

  • Dale Veasey - a real man.

  • Yeah the Super Asses were the PoP, Warlord & Barbarian....

The State Patrol were St. Buddy Lee Parker & Lt. James Earl Wright (AKA DeWayne Bruce & Dale Veasey)

  • @BottomlessJackDaniel That's nuts, I never knew The Warlord ever worked in WCW, Thanks for the info.

  • @JeffTheFutureJaros Well, Warlord and the Powers of Pain actually started in WCW, waaaay back around 1987. Though technically it was still the NWA then.

  • The State Troopers were my favorite jobber tag team-What were their names?....Thanks for the post!!

  • was the assassins The Powers of Pain?i think i read that somewhere
