This was originaly video of a tornado as it traveled on the ground. The flashes of light around, and near the bottom of the craft were produced by powerlines from telephone poles being ripped loose by the tornado. The air raid siren wasn't from the base being under attack, just the basic tornado warning sirens used to signal tornados on the ground. The tornado in the video was edited out, and electronicaly replaced by a u.f.o.
its obvious that they r storm chasers and whoever made the video took the tornado out and added a ufo. just listen to the guy driving the car he is describing a tornado plus u can hear the sirens going off to warn people of the tornado.
Well at least they had some noise for the ufo, most videos show the ufo but you dont hear a sound....i would think if some big disk was flying in the sky you would hear something.

This vid was part of a serie of vids made by a guy who's account name on YT was Birdman20000. His account no longer exists, i dont know why.
He tried to make a long movie, using the concepts of the ships you can see in this vid, with the name ''The Great Darkness'' or ''The Great Dark''
The vid here is not real, but is nevertheless a piece of art.
Birdman20000 was a genius at this kind of VFX, using only regular video edit. programs to achieve some effects better then Hollywood does.
