CS is the most simplest and easiest FPS I've played. It's about my second FPS (my first one is R6). So I really don't get how other PC FPS takes less skill that CS. Any FPS takes skill if you're doing good with a very very very sucky gun. I still remember the L115 with it's 1 shot kill anywhere cheapness.

@OrlYarly11 When people are talking about CS needing skill they are referring to the fact that the bullet spread is fixed, not random, and can thus be learned with appropriate training. And for 1.6, the game and the maps have been played so extensively that exploits and similar things have become standard practice in pro games, sort of like how it is in Starcraft(1). It might be pretty generic, but it is both solid and deep to have stood the test of time.

When people say that a game "needs skill" they are in most cases not referring to a large amount of natural talent, but the time that is needed to "catch up" with better players.
