The funny thing is, I do all these plays in a single game. That trucking back? Yeah, bowling over defenders is easy. The "sick" spin by MJD? I use that on every outside run, and if there isn't a defender below or over the top, I can usually break for a TD. Reggie Bush's run is not impressive, that's just speed. Some draw plays just break for big ones. And C.J.'s run? He broke a single tackle and reversed field. That's easy to do with the fastest player in the game, and against Colts defense.
