Why do people underrated Grass starters?

Bulbasaur is the only Grass/Poison, all others a pure Grass types.

Chikorita is cute.

Treecko: I don't care about him...

Turtwig: Torterra = Grass/Ground? Damn, Water damages it normally :(

Snivy: Smug and female-ness like Chikorita.

I was talking to my friend Austin on the phone one day and I was playing my Pokemon Black game with my Serperior, so of course I held the phone to the DS speakers and played this cry and it scared the hell out of him xD

@acau77 Seriously? Snivy is the most popular starter pokemon of gen 5. And grass pokemon don't suck. Bulbasaur is a freakin legend,Chikorita is cute,Ok...maybe Treeko is a bit underrated but Turtwig kicked ass.

I tend to follow a pattern of starters. In Blue Version I got Bulbasaur. In Gold, I got Cyndaquil. In Crystal, I got Chikorita. In Sapphire, I got Torchic. And so on and so forth. Never much fancied water types. Anyway, when I got to Black Version, I was up for a Fire-type; and I chose Tepig.

It's not that my Emboar's not great, but I find myself wishing I'd chosen Snivy sometimes...

@qert2 What have Tornadus's Acrobat stuff with this to do? All I said was that Serperior have 113 base speed because thats what it have in speed. If it had 115 in base speed it would have more base stats than the other 2 Unova starter Pokemon all of them have 528 if you count all thier stats (respectivly) and ten Serperior would have 530 if it had 115 in base speed :P

@blackout4705 Strongest? It have average attack stats 75 in both pretty descent but still not as high as Emboar and Samurotts attack stats.

The true power with Serperior might be that it have high Speed and can attack "quick" like, it can 2HKO thats pretty good. And it have good defences.
