@Hillebrand1 it's probably because of the knockdown, but I think it the 3rd hit would have end the round so it seems weird.

@Hillebrand1 Hey dude Sakura player here. Intentional whiffing of the 3rd otoshi hit allows for easier set up of save jumps. Also in the corner if you do the 3rd hit you will actually land in the corner.

I've main Sakura since SSF4 and I'm surprise to see that. Even if the character has big hitbox,it's still very random.

I know 2012 ver.they fix her EX tatsu 'glitch' but woaw...I'm surprise it hit crouch too...lol!
