Jack i bought this and it made my hand sore you never stated to put chapstick on it. You said to warm your hand with hot water which makes it easier for the sound to loosen up the pooter. It is very hard and hard to make sounds at will it has to be like at the corner of your palm. Otherwise haven't used it in months.
