When I saw this in the theater, there was a scene where Jack Gilford's deceased wife appears to him at a dance. I could hear this whisper come up from all around me: "Rose". It's sad that most of the actors are gone now. :-(
Very kind, sweet, tender and just beautiful movie. I love the fact that all the actors/actresses from the original film came back here. They all did a great job plus young and so nice Courteney Cox.
The unusual thing about this ad to me is that "Cocoon: The Return" is a 20th Century Fox release and usually, most Fox movies premiered on HBO (and still do after all these years) and never Showtime.
