@jamends1220 Not really, anime always had this part of it, and the dragon ball z and cowboy bebop is still very prominent in today's anime. The animation just isn't as gritty as it used to be. besides, beach ball tit animes come out maybe 1 per quarter, while action animes tend to come out at 3 or 4 or quarter.
