It extends to Copyright law as the DMCA Sites the evidence as valid under Title 28 USC definition of perjury which includes proof of compliance with such a statement in writing and on a computer screen via methods of accepting electronic evidence and Google is compliant with it.

venom claims he was under the impression that dprjones must remove his videos that contain content from the videos venom removed. this is the reason venom removed the videos in the first place. he thinks he owns the videos. theres no lying (perjury) in the dmca. its just a misunderstanding of what constitutes copyright infringement on venoms part. theres no grounds for legal action here cuz if venom thinks hes right, even if hes wrong, then his claims ARE made in good faith.
