97 f-350 powerstroke is my favorite Ford truck I still remember the day my dad brought that truck home from the dealership, it actually looks a lot like the truck in the video and he still has it with only 80,000 miles on it. I also like the 86 but I would get it with the 351 not the diesel. Great video

I had to move my 300ZX Turbo from one shop to another yesterday and I was running late and not feeling well and just wanted to get it over with and get home and lay down. My 2000 F350 4x4 supercab diesel srw longbed pulled that car trailer at 80 mph in 101 degree temperature without the temperature gauge moving a bit from it's normal position!

The 24v cummins has 460 lb-ft and the latest 6.7 cummins has 650 lb-ft which is the one your neighbor most likely has. What do you mean out pull? Have you ever tried out pulling those trucks?

@lpbulldogs1 powerstrokers started in late '94, not 96. Secondly, powerstroke engines were still made by international. They just had direct injection, computers, and a turbo instead of throttle body (indirect) injection.
i own a 1986 ford 4x4 diesel, completely modified , new 7.3, with 10 over bore, ats turbo. 3,5 exhuast pipe from tip to tail. we put a mod, on transmission , went from a 3 disk auto trans to a 5 disk auto, w gas transmission module, shifts like a regular truck, pulls alot better, runs about 16 miles to the gallon of diesel, it already could run many types of fuel from diesel to used filtered motor oil,,

when the 6.0 came out is was a bad ass engine but in production of the trucks with it in 04 they had problems and in 06 the 07 was when they fixed the problem with the fuel injectors the 7.3 is the best diesel besides the new 6.7l
i own a 6.5 diesel. not to bad but it's not a good towing motor and not many up grades you can buy., my old 1986 ford 4x4 one ton is my best truck, plenty of up grades. from 6.9 to brand new 7.3 ats turbo, 5 disc auto clutch pack with heavy duty torqe and fly, multi fuel up grades, 16mpg. and desert camo paint,.410 d, and gear to gear transfer,
Don't buy a Ford 350 Super Cab Diesel 4 x 4. It's a peice of shit and stays in the shop. It's almost ruined our life.
Even when it leaves the shop, it breaks down the next day (I'm not kidding) and we've had it towed in while working out of town and caused major business loss for us.

@Qbyers actually the 7.3l powerstroke's are the best. (1999-2002) They are always wanted me and my aunt are looking for one. they so hard to find cuz there so wanted because of power.

yeah theres a handfull of 94 IDI Turbo models out there,(the first half of 94 only) and then in 94.5 they made it the HEUI 7.3 Powerstroke

Nice job... In 1994 the 7.3's ( international navistar T444 ) were idi with a turbo then in 1994.5 the powerstroke was introduced ( international navistar T444E ). Maybe you can edit your video and include this info

when the 6.0 came out is was a bad ass engine but in production of the trucks with it in 04 they had problems and in 06 the 07 was when they fixed the problem with the fuel injectors the 7.3 is the best diesel besides the new 6.7l

i own a 6.5 diesel. not to bad but it's not a good towing motor and not many up grades you can buy., my old 1986 ford 4x4 one ton is my best truck, plenty of up grades. from 6.9 to brand new 7.3 ats turbo, 5 disc auto clutch pack with heavy duty torqe and fly, multi fuel up grades, 16mpg. and desert camo paint,.410 d, and gear to gear transfer,

Don't buy a Ford 350 Super Cab Diesel 4 x 4. It's a peice of shit and stays in the shop. It's almost ruined our life.
Even when it leaves the shop, it breaks down the next day (I'm not kidding) and we've had it towed in while working out of town and caused major business loss for us.
Ford won't even honor this lemon. Ford sucks.
