There's a couple ways of going about this. A lot of people buy what's called a "Capture Card" I believe, that's something you actually hook on to your Xbox 360; that will record your gameplay.

Me personally...I went out and bought a DvD recorder, and can record whatever is on my TV at the time straight on to a DvD, then just pop the DvD in to my computer and convert the files, burn it, put it on youtube.

@Atuin Yeah... Hakumen's counters have really strict timing and more often than not even his Astral is hard to connect with (and that has an instant 30-frame counter). In BB:CT it's tricky for me to do since I suck at 720 inputs :(
