I'm portuguese too (now finishing the 12) about to go to university and i can almost say i speak better english than i do portuguese and at home and everywhere i go i speak portuguese only and maybe a bit of german. The point is, the fact that you only have 45min of english per week is because you chose to, for there are many places where you can learn great english. I myself have 180min per week only in school classes...

Para aprender nada mejor que un profesor, pero se puede reforzar en todo momento leyendo libros en inglés, mirando películas con y sin subtitulado, leyendo las letras de las canciones en su idioma original, todo ayuda! es cuestión de poner voluntad
