There is a lot of history and culture that have been prominent in middleastern cities and Dubai is only the tip of that design and Islamic archatecture today. My favorite middleastern city; that promotes diversity and a different feel for where you go is, Beirut,Dubai,tel aviv,Damascus,Doha,Istanbul ,bagdad, amongst others. If you think at all that america will ot prevail once again at being having the tallest biulding in the world. Then think again. I work for engineering development firm. And their plans in the next 20 to build some structures in america that will be amazingly tall. I personaly working on a project that is under proposed develpoment in the east coast. The structure is going to be in the area of 2750 feet,225 floors,Little over a half a mile tall.
