@obsessivemusician takamines are great guitar, like in any brand, there will be different models, it is hard to compare brands because there are so many models. Simply go to a store and according to your budget try a few of each. Unplugged this ovation sounds big, boomy and bright. I think that's what you need to keep in mind whatever the guitar brand you chose

Hey fransico hey just some tips Ive been watching ur songs most always has a harmonic pitch in ur solos my thought is don't have every song have harmonic pitches but make more melody type solos like if it's a balad do bluesy and heavy have harmonic pitch every once in awhile in most of my songs I write at 15 yrs old I don't use harmonics even though I'm rhythem but when I do a solo I have one harmonic pitch at the breakdown parts but that's just my thought but great song keep it up

Hey Francisco! Love your work, really creative. I have a question though: Which part of your work do you record first? I mean, when you have an idea, is it the piano riff or the guitar solo? Around what does your song evolve, the guitar solo, the guitar riffs?

One more question, what is your guitar effect, do you use a multy effect or a pedal? I'm intrested in the effect that you use in your guitar solo.

@bijibijmak thanks for watchihg. FOr this track the idea came first when I was playing keyboards. I wrote the song on keyboard only and then I started adding intruments. In most other cases ideas come by playing guitar: putting together riffs I come up with. The melodies and solos are always the last thing I would write and record

Ola amigo queria pedirte ayuda por q he notado q cuando tienes tu guitarra con distorsion no se oye ningun ruido si no estas tocando y en la mia cuando tengo el sonido limpio no se escucha pero cuando uso distorsion aunque no este tocando se escucha un ruido q es un tanto molesto como le hiciste para q se desapareciera ese ruido

@YANKELRUL hay innumerable cantidad de razones por las cuales pueda pasar eso. Es tu amplificador por donde escuchas el ruido? puede que sea desde un mal cable hasta interferencia eltectromagnetica. Si es lo ultimo lamentablemente no vas a poder hacer nada amenos que busques un lugar en tu casa en donde la inteferencia sea menos, tambien prueba con un noise gate y bajandole el gain a la distorcion

@franciscomeza11 si efectivamente se escucha en el amplificador solo q cuando el sonido esta limpio no se escucha y le conecto mi pedalera con distorsion y se vuelve a escuchar y por cierto q es el noise gate

@YANKELRUL claro, las interferencias llegan por los microfonos de la guitarra, la distorcion amplifica ese ruido, noise gate es un pedal que debes comprar que elimina parte del ruido sin matar por completo tu tono. Como su nombre lo indica es una "puerta de ruido". Eso puede que resulva tu problema, es muy comun... a mi en venezuela me pasaba que escuchaba estaciones AM a travez de amplificador cuando ponia distorcion, es muy comun ese problema

You appear to have the ability to get something like that as all your instruments you use in all your videos are beautiful. @TedShreddington Hi Ted thanks. I do own the pod x3 live. It is exactly the same as using the guitar port, the only added benefit of using the pod x3 would be if I needed to use effects and amps that the Gutiar Port/Gearbox would not have. Otherwise, it is the same thing, simply an interface between the instruments and the computer.

Now for a song like The Departure of A SOul (from my first album called Innocence of Insanity) was recorded with the x3, using effects and amps only found there
