i may be obsessive but...william shatners eyes are hazel not blue...and chris pines eyes were blue and mccoys eyes are not green THERE BLUE!!!!!!!! im a little mixed up in the head...
It didn't really occur to me until now how much this new ST film really does remember Star Wars more than it does traditional ST. Way to make a point!
I thought it was a marginal film, not good not bad, but it didn't "feel" like ST until the VERY end when Pine's mannerisms bore a striking resemblance to the James T. we all know and love. I actually think Pine did as good as job as could be expected. He didn't write the script.
Yup, this is what the Roddenberry's beautiful vision of Original Trek has been reduced to, George Lucas nonsense. J.J.Abrams and slaves should be ashamed of yourselves.
This remake (or pre-make) is designed to appeal to the young i-pod generation. I have a lot of reservations but will wait until I've wasted my hard-earned cash until I have an opinion. Hey, ya never know ...
A piece of the action, interesting episode in which Kirk don't know to drive a car. But in this movie, he is a boy, and his driving is excellent. Simple fact that anoy me.
Dear friend, I'd like to laugh for your cute idea in this video, but I only feel like crying every time I watch the butchery of TOS perpetrated by this! :(
J.J. Abrams admits to being a diehard Star Wars fan and not knowing nothing of Star Trek until he decided to make Star Trek XI. Your trailer really emphasizes this. I agee with santan25.

he clearly doesn't know how to drive a car, he drives it off a cliff I don't think he was aiming to do that
