  • 1:28 = INCEPTION

  • Huh, only just noticed Stephen's vocalised mental note;

"I'm not very good at being the Fat Controller".

^_^ never thought I'd hear him reference Thomas on QI of all things.

  • Oh man, Elephant In The Room was such a great bonus.

  • great panel only if they could throw david mitchel and phil on the side

  • They say americans only sit around and watch television. Maybe we do. But at least I can sit on youtube and watch good television. Watch as I use my laziness powers to sift through every episode of this show until I have seen them all.

  • I love Rob Brydon!!!

  • MORE BILL BAILEY PLEASE

  • I like Jimmy! I'm quite surprised at the number of people who seem to think he's thick :( I think he's great, he seems really funny and quick when things are improvised, it's just that a lot of his stuff is scripted or prepared before hand.

  • @357Snowball Yes, Jimmy is amazing. I think he is the funniest person ever on the show.

  • @dsdepadova I'm pretty sure its just his dodgy haircut. I think getting older is probably playing a factor as well. The loss of weight was intentional- he did a lot of walking listening to audio books.

  • YES!! i found a season that i havent seen yet, i thought i had seen them all and then i found this, i am so happy, thank you for uploading this....sleep well sweet prince

  • "Curses!" Haha Jimmy Carr is adorable xD

  • @o0SouthparkGirl0o If you find douchebags adorable.

  • Not in the middle but Promontory Summit, Utah. The Chinese had to build across 2 mountain ranges from the west coast while the Irish from the east coast built across the great planes so got a lot further. Most of the rails were imported from the UK.

  • cant stand rob brydon. he thinks everything he says is going to be hilarious but just slow the show down

  • @Gellis2009 It's funny how he can screw up Stephen.

  • Nowadays, Na'vis are blue people who live in CGI Land.

  • @DontTouchMyVicodin and Fairies in a game that a lot of people claim is the best in the series.

  • "uhm..eh...MORE TOAST PLEASE! (big grin)" love it

  • bet the sweets are werthers original lol. they seem a fry sweet :)

  • Perfect lineup in this episode.

  • YAYAYAY this is my dream panel!! i want to marry them all... and more ;)

  • @aclie I am glad you'll leave Rich Hall available :-)

  • I love the way as soon as Stephen produces the train there's a huge "Oooooooh" from the audience :p

  • THE RAILWAY MOUSE! lmao

  • School would have been fantastic if we had a little toy train bearing sweets to anyone who got the right answer. It would be even better if it happened at university too.

  • @Minty210 And it would be great at work!

  • Stephen lost a lot of weight between series E and G, me thinks O.o

  • @dsdepadova seen him now? he looks ill

  • @spodomaticfreeze Yeah, I hope he's ok O.o

  • This is a great panel! :) Thank you for uploading, too-I need my QI.

  • PRO PANEL is pro

  • Bill Bailey is back following a series-long break and he's in great form :oD

  • "Navigational engineers."

    Get it, Alan!

  • Micks!

  • Best episode ever...

  • Thank you very much quite1nteresting!

  • The na'vis built the railways...

  • Woo-hoo! I had heard that series E was nowhere to be found online. But here it is!

Thank you so much for posting these. I can never get enough QI.

  • If I were in Stephen's position, I would be so tempted to tease them all by putting a sweet in the train and just as they are about to grab it, make it drive away. I don't know how he resists the urge ;P

  • Take the sweet off him.

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH! I absolutely love Qi and there's like no other way to get it here :)

  • Who ate all the pies? I think Stephen did. He lost a lot of weight since this and man does he look different.

  • Does Rob always make the foghorn noise?

  • Yay!!! Series E - been looking for this everywhere. You're a star. Thanks!!! :)

  • "The chinese!"

    "The chinese..."

    "The chinese."

"...and they met in the middle."

I don't know why that made me laugh so hard!

  • Brilliant ! One of the best episodes ever

  • I just love the whole element of ferociously intelligent grown-ups also acting like excited schoolboys. It's the meat and bones of the show, honestly.

    "OMFG SWEETS!"

  • haha, although it did feel to me they were feigning excitement over the sweets

  • @gloomyoutlook I'd be just as excited about sweets being delivered to me on a toy train ^_^

  • @YubiShines Right! It's like Alan when he gets something right and immediately goes "POINTS!"

  • @YubiShines Well usually the only ferociously intelligent one is Stephen Fry. :P

  • OUtside of the show they're very smart on the whole.

  • haha Navi's like off avatar!!

  • Really? Wow. You're so clever.

  • @YubiShines There aren't many people who would consider Jimmy Carr "ferociously intelligent."

  • @davenielsen78 ...Touche.

  • @davenielsen78 Well, Carr went to Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. That's not too bad, is it?

  • @stefanmuc2k I guess. It was a 2:1 degree...and in Political Science.

  • @davenielsen78 Well Rob Brydon doesn't have a degree, Bill Bailey also dropped out, Alan graduated in Drama at the University of Kent. Carr is actually the most educated of the contestants. :-P

  • @davenielsen78

Two people i would be scared of ...Simon Amstell and Jimmy Carr... They are very quick.

  • Thank you very much for uploading!

  • BLESS YOU MAN!

  • random fact for you guys, when they get scared of the train on the screen, which is exactly what the first horror film was, shown in france directed by luimiere (i forget how to spell it) and when it was shown people had never seen something moving that way on film and people would scream and be scarred thinking the train would hit them (thought u guys should know)

  • That's quite interesting

  • I knew that.

But I'm gonna take away 5 points for not being sure of how to spell lumiere, even though you got it right.

    I'd make a fascinating teacher!

  • thats actually a myth, theres no proof of that ever occuring.

  • @NewAgeEagles Technically, it wasn't a horror film, just a moving picture.

  • @NewAgeEagles : This is how to spell it, in future...Lumiere.

  • Well, this is known by everyone who reads even the slightest, because it's spoofed in just about everywhere. (Though your spelling and grammar is abysmal)

  • @Kanakotka lol yeah ur grammar is sweet as.

  • @NewAgeEagles its a myth........ :p

  • @stitcha123 my film history prof would say differently

  • @NewAgeEagles im sure he would, and i would ask him to present his evidence.

  • ive watched the whole thing but wheres the part with the "they say about the acropilis where the parthenone is" or however its spelled

  • it's in episode 13 part 3, though filmed in this episode it wasn't shown.

  • Well oiled means drunk from where I'm from! Haha

    Bill's a ledgend!!

  • "Then. Then. Mix."

    XD Stephen is so adorable!

  • I'm going to sound really stupid, but what did he mean by that? I don't get it..

  • I think he says "The... the... Micks..." -- choosing an insulting name for Irishmen while trying to avoid the "insulting" term Navvies.

  • "take the sweet off him"

    xD

  • the advantage of the potato blight, wtf

    thanks for posting, really appreciated
