On my walkera 2801 tx and receiver I have to keep the gain under 50% to be in HH mode, and im around 38%. I guess most other radios use 50% and higher for HH mode. I only noticed when I looked at the color of the light I was in the worng mode. So far the 2 flights it seems good, havent really flown outside yet, still tweaking my curves for it. Trex 250 clone, fits great because its so small
I have the 520 itself running with it's default setup settings, & have the Gyro gain running through the RX AUX2 channel (can use gear channel as well, depends on ur TX setup) with the channels travel adj/EPA set at +27/-27, this gives me a "true gain" setting of 18.75%. Running the gyro gain through the AUX channel like this totally cured my mad wag, the 520 needs very little gain compared to a lot of other gyros, surprising less...hope this helps.

Please write your settings. since a week i tried to get the wright settings. tail is bouncing. tried so many but i can´t fix it. gy520+ BLS 257
