You got through there surprisingly quick, whenever I go through Destin it's backed up badly. Traffic is horrendous there. Ft.Walton is bad too.

Tourists need to stay off the roads as much as possible. I swear you people leave your brains in jars back in Louisiana, Alabama, or wherever you live, where making right-hand turns into parking lots from the far left lane is acceptable given the state's average intelligence level.

I lived in Destin in the mid 1970's. It was a beautiful little town made up of Fishing Fleets and miles of undisturbed pure white beaches. It is so sad to see all the commercial crap built up over the years....I hope your friends made it back safe K8tina..

What have they done to my Desin? I don't even recognize any of this? Where Dr. Odom's office was there is a big gawdy condo. A water park? Let the miracle strip have the water tabogan and the water flume, but not Destin. This does not even resemble my Destin. This version look souless. What happened to Sextons fish market? Is the doughnut hole even still there? What happened to the Jitney Jungle? Please tell me Destin has not turned into a run of the mill beach town?
