Legally it is becoming yes and pragmatically yes and no because you influence your chances of winning. A lot of skill goes into the game. It isnt the best cards always win. I could have 2-7 against someone I know the way they play and just decide to outplay them this hand.

@TheOckawaga That's true, though there are certain situations were horendous players just win, because they're running like a tank. I wouldn't call Poker gambling, but it's a game that has a huge luck factor.

Either way, at the moment we can't play in the first place. I got hundreds of dollars stuck on FTP and on PS the population is lowered quite a bit since U.S. players are not allowed to play there anymore.

So on PS you're just waiting way to long before you have a couple of SnG's full.
