@Sh1fters This is one of the most known bands that is associated with the djent scene (no debate about that please, i'm not saying they are in it, just saying they're close to it)

And that "djent" scene is one of the most known movement in recent metal. So while this isn't mainstreal, I can't think of this as underground. Real underground needs to be quite unhabitual to almost any listener. Just an example, but I can't think of a normal pop band that's little known as underground.

This whole entire album is better than porn. Tosin's guitar playing is an elightening experience. I've never heard music anything like this. If anybodys going to change the history of an 8 string guitar he's gonna be the one to do it. Extremely underrated guitarist for the type of music he creates.

Furthermore... Polyrhythms, Transitional tempos and Time signatures IS a facet of progressive music... This certainly has it's share of that, even if the melodies are not progressive.
