That is because you need the undated version of the infolib.dat file. The version needs the information for this game, otherwise it will not load. I am working on getting it.
@jimbochen10 I have a DSTT. I can't play the game at all. I need the updated version of the infolib.dat file and I have no way of getting it. The people who were responsible for adding the game to the file won't do it anymore.
