heh, its funny how much the room you do your live figure drawing in reminds me of the one I do mine in at the University of Utah. IE. mirror to the left, clock on top, lights on the ceiling similar wall coloring; plus the environment with other artists. Figure drawing class rooms must all be the same...

I would not say that this is a tutorial. The most difficult part for a lot of people is the very first stroke, but this vid started part way through, and was much more descriptive than a tutorial. I also found the pace of the narrative quite frustrating.
