This match was such a shame.. Nemo put so much work into Vanilla after supers release and did so much for the character only to get stuck with the worst match up possible.

The shot of him after losing is heartbreaking.. looks so disappointed by his performance :(

yea, nemo lost pretty quickly, but keep in mind that akuma is chun's worst matchup, especially in vanilla. He has just so many ways to get in and so many mixups that it's fairly easy to lose a round in a few seconds

@matsukazekp remember this is vanilla.. both tokido and momos akuma rarely lose. i guess momo saw the weak version in ssf4 and switched, but tokido is toughing it out (toughing is not a word by the way:)

@yahoo1o1 Apparently Momochi chose not to play Akuma that much in SSF4 because he didnt want to get used to Akuma's nerfs as he was preparing for this tournament which is on vanilla...now that its over I expect to see him back maining Akuma again in SSF4 =)

@0xkeNzo He said in an interview after godsgarden online when asked why he used ibuki. It's because of Akuma changes and SBO. He didn't wanted to use Akuma in two differente versions at the same time and ruin his trainning for SBO. Now he won SBO, só that paid off ^^

Momochi didn't play Gouki in SSFIV because he was his vanilla character. Gouki has different staple combos\punishes and different combo timing in super. He only played him on vanilla for SBO and to avoid getting his gouki mixed up between games.

He should start using Gouki in SSFIV now that SBO is over.
