  • And I don't care how much you teach on setting up a msr ,most of the time it still won't fly that well, there must be some trick that even the hobby shop doesn't know that makes this msr fly so well

  • great flight ,I have never been able to control a msr that well. I guess I never got good one. Was this helicopter hand picked by eflite to you.

  • nice video and flying. I can't wait until i take out my msr. Peace

  • Some great flying! Can't wait to get mine!

  • Great video ^^

  • best msr video great pilot, i train with my mcx 2 now and in two days i buy the msr :D

  • Is that a stock msr that is flying so fast oustide?

  • @AVincent2

Yes indeed. I have an mSR and I can testify that it is a speed demon.

  • Damn thats a lot of trains!

  • very nice video

  • Sweet

  • Forget about the esky belt cp..This is where it's at;)

  • How long does that battery take to charge, and last?

  • holy dang !! that little bird can scoot :) nice flying man, I cannot wait to get mine *****

  • i'm just now learning how to zip my msr around. now that it's getting warm I can fly outside. I have mine set on the beginner swash position and it still almost tips over forward. I am now getting it to bank over as I'm turning but since the tail rotor slows as I make left turns I end up spinning it over to the left too fast and stopping it. Right turns with banking I have no problem. I will be getting at least a couple more batteries tho this is a blast! I dont like the stock radio tho.

  • this is the state of the art !! what next ? awesome technoligy.

  • Thanks for all of the comments. The mSR is a lot of fun. It is very easy to fly compared to some of the other micro helis I have tried. The heli was not damaged at all throughout this video. Occasionally a link or the landing gear came off when it was crashed but it just popped back on and kept flying.

  • great demo...I have 2 questions..is this the easiest micro single rotor heli's to fly(most stable etc)..and did those several hits on the wood damage the heli?

  • That is some awesome piloting IMO. I have had mine for a day with no rc-heli experience and can land it on 4 intended consecutive different places in my house. There are some really cool maneuvers in this vid. great to see what an experienced pilot can do with this fun little thing hahah makes me laugh. Can wait for a day with no wind!

  • Will be interesting to see if they do a CP of this next!

  • how much mph wind can it take

  • Not much =)

  • a slight breeze and it will fly with much drifting around

best fly it in no wind or atleast be experienced with outdoor heli flight as you need to be ready for sudden changes in direction or being carryed along the wind direction, then you will need to fight the wind to keep the heli in the air

  • Hi, can i use the dx5e with this heli

  • Sorry, I am not familiar with that radio. He was using a DX7SE in the video

  • yes

any dsm2 technology radio will work

even the radio from mcx and other eflite or parkzone micro rc packages will work too

  • @WebsterFlyers You can use any of the transmitters from that series. Any controller with Binding capabilities

  • @Rinocerente What is the difference between DX6i and DX6i transmitter only ?

  • im just started getting used to mine. i hope to get better . nice vid

  • man that is a good looking k3d on the table at 3:12!

  • This is the best non-commercial vid of mSR flying that I've seen. Looks like you've flown it for weeks. What's the background noise in the 1st minute and about halfway thru the vid...A locomotive?

My mSR has been held hostage on a FedEx truck since 6:20AM on Saturday, for delivery "1st business day." I'm off today, and I'm literally looking out the door every time I hear a vehicle go by out front, like a little kid! AAARRGH I'm going nuts!

  • Yes, that was a train passing behind our field.

  • @j6sj7 yeah thats some pretty nice flying. Im in the sane situation. Said it was out for delivery at 6am yesterday. Had me running to the door at every the sound of every vehicle. Day 2, still out for delivery, still running to the door every 15 min to look for that box.

  • Probably be November when they hit the UK - wonder how they handle driving snow blizzards

  • they are out now

  • And a question... how well does the mCR handles wind?

  • The wind blows it around some since it is so light but you can still fly it

  • Very nice flight!! I really like it! good footage too. Congratulations!

  • nice flight!
