This is how you make a creature that does a major pelvic thrust when it walks. Make any sorta biped( a creature wit 2 legs and two hands stand upright like a human) then replace the feeat with hands

Its a cheat. Hold control, shift and 'c' together, and a cheat window comes up. In the window, type in 'movie' and it should start recording. Type it in again and it should stop. If that doesn't work, type in "help" and a list of cheats will pop up. Hope this helped!

another way to do it is to join the elbows together, put a part on it, then pull the elbows bak and seperate them and the part floats

This video is from the Creature Creator Trial that was released a couple months ago, not from the full version of Spore.

i have the creature creator not the trial you must buy the full spore game which is 50$ the creature creator 75% body parts only 9.95$ (i recommend 10$ lol) anyway just a nickel less than 10$ but anyway buy the spore game which is 50$ for all the body parts 100% not 75% for the creature creator that's only 10$ lol if you want all body parts just buy the full game 50$ end of question.

Maybe he's wondering if you can do this trick to make feet detached from the body by making the legs invisible,or if you can do it with hands and a head. If that's what he's wondering there's plenty of better tutorials for that (no offense)
