you do know that battery's emit hydrogen gas right? and that can kill you...u knwo that right? get a air tight box for that battery and make a vent for it to go outside to the atmosphere and that taping noise...piston slap? spun bearing/connection rod? its ur bottom end...rebuild or buy a new motor.
