He has to touch one player from the other team and return back to his side of the court while the entire defending team has to stop him, but they can only stop him AFTER he has touched one of their players. Oh, and did I mention the one attacker has to constantly say 'kabaddi' while in the opponents half?

He must say kabbadi (or make any sound) non-stop while reaching the opposition. It requires strong breathing control and strength. Kind of like rugby but w/o protection going against many. :D
