I have the odd shape bump to my eye browns that you are discribing. My issue is that my eye brows are a light brown and not very full. I always feel a little weird filling them in. I got the shape from my mother and her side of the family is from Europe. I also have the Roman bump on the bridge of my nose. The weird thing is I always get asked if I'm greek though. Hmmm funny.
