Hmmm...it's ok. The singer was a bit late with the lyrics at the end and the drummer is medicore at best. Unfortunately a drummer can make or break a song and it very well may have happened here. His voice is low but I still think he can pull it off IF they practised more. Either way it's better than other stuff I've heard on here.

I think this is actually pretty tight. not easy at all to pull off, and this definitely had moments of aaaallgoodness. not saying the rest was shit either. not a bad job at all imo. and to those putting words in maynard's mouth.. baaa baaa baaaaa.

guitar is great....of course he doesnt sound like maynard...but come on, covers arent always all about sounding EXACTLY like the band you're covering....Maynard is probably almost impossible to replicate. But I thought it was pretty cool....Nothing like the real thing though ; )

I love Breaking Benjamin to death, but Maynard's voice is untouchable and like no other. No band should ever do a TOOL song because u just can't even come close to Maynard's voice...it's impossible.

the person who posts these videos REALLY needs to include the date these were recorded because its from 2001 before their first album was released (saturate 2002). this is BEFORE they had money for good equipment so thats why the guitars sound like shit. bens also playing a strat. i think if everyone knew this was from 01 they wouldnt be fucking bitching as much about the quality! BB has come a long way and its great to hear them before they got huge. bens pourig his heart into these early songs

read deeper into the comments youll see many that state he doesnt sound like maynard...I love ALL of maynards music(although i cant stand his cynical too good ass) but i also love breaking benjamin and when you love a band you love to hear something new especially when it takes 3 years per album so although this isnt the greatest cover its still sweet to me...

Listen up. I am the HUGEST Breaking Benjamin fan, and I love Tool. And as is stated above, This is from 2001, before BB had money for equipment. It is still a good cover. The whole reasoning for commenting, is to say something nice, not slam people. Let's see you get up there and play this... Nevermind, I don't care to listen to shit.

Tool is a phenomenal band, perhaps the best ever. They are my favorite of all-time that is for sure. I'm sure Maynard hates this.
I've seen Breaking Benjamin live at Pointfest in St. Louis and the lead singer gives off this really weird "I'm a pedophile" vibe and constantly humps his guitar as he plays. I liked them much more before seeing them live, lol.

Personaly, I think the cover of the song Sober was much better, even better than Tool can do, but this time BB failed...
I think that covers of musics of other bands are realy usefull, cause you can find many bands that you don't know throught covers of your favourite bands.
