  • I cant believe this. I just saw your other video and mentioned how ive been trying to get survival stuff together and my nightmares- I had no idea that you have been trying to do some surviving as well.

  • It is all about who we are.

  • I wonder if your analysis includes all the chems in the chemtrails your breathing and radiation from fukishima your eating happy trails G4T

  • Sleeping bag?

Anyhow...I served in the Infantry, and am a retired SFC...Everyone hates carrying a lot of crap so...

learn to make a "hooch" from a poncho. Learn to sleep with a poncho liner. You need to carry water, food,...man, there just isn't enough space here to write up a packing list.

  • There's a channel- not mine- here on YT, called Analytical Survival, he's got good advice.

  • Good luck on your exploring nature, naturally. Keep us posted. Blessings

  • i think the best way is to just take a sleeping bag and a bivy. i have one of the military gtx ones. those are kind of heavy but you can get lighter ones. and theres thermarests or standard bedrolls.

  • Try making a bedroll from a wool blanket, drop cloth,50gal. 3ply trashbag, get yourself a emergancy blanket thats green on one side and has reflective material on the other side they have gromets for attaching cordage to secure to make a small shelter. Those are acorns that are indigenous to your are. They probably get from the mice, groundsquirrel, etc. can make dough from them if ground up into flour. practice with a sling shot, they're good for taking rabbit and squirrl, learn to reclaim H2O.

  • Don't worry--you get used to the cold. I was born in Riverside, so it's surprising to me that I can be out in -5 degrees F!

  • Save seeds from like when you have Avacados or peaches or Apples & Plant them out there

take walks once in a while & water them, even if just twice a month...

they may grow w/o help, but a Handfull of feryilizer & a lil Hole & a tiny bit of water they wouldnt get naturally works wonders to give em a chance & speed things up

  • I like to see the scenery of your area. I would like to see a few beach walk and beach panorama videos including the view walking away from the beaches while you are speaking. So the view of the ocean as well as the view towards the land (Buildings homes etc.)

  • You need to check out LivingHistorySchool

  • George, its been 50-60 multiple days in the northeast this winter - ha ha global warming

  • The homeless use grocery store carts ...but they're the only ones can get away with it ...they might come out an arrest you for felony theft.

  • Read Participating in Nature, it's all about primitive living.

  • @johnu78 thanks. checking it out now

  • @george4title

You're welcome. I've read the book twice and got a lot out of it.

  • When you Google George4title the top suggested search term is "George4title scam"

    LOL

  • @IStudios00 Did you notice that Justin Bieber said he thanks his haters for making him famous?

  • Sure is G it is called the Ray Way of camping he has a website he teaches you ultra light weight camping and best of all he teaches you to build your own equipment he has library books too FREE. You might be able to start a business this way too. That location all you need is a shovel and a tarp dig yourself a level spot then place a tarp that is camo for the area so you can be left alone. That cop is scouting locations to do something illegal great spot to set up a critter cam and bust him.

  • @cdltpx thanks a million exactly what I was looking for

  • @george4title You went to the website great Ray way is top notch not about the money for him it is about the adventure. Making your own stuff allows you to personalize your gear in ways a retailers just will not be able to do. You can find an idea incorporate it into your kit and have the best for you. I would look into leveling off a spot on that hillside too one where light would not be seen so you can go out there with a campfire if it is legal. I share websites and people rarely listen.

  • Hard in the desert when there's no trees to build a shelter or rig up a hammock...

  • If the weather is nice just bring a light sleeping bag or blanket and a shovel. Dig a shallow grave, and sleep in it. Call it a fox hole if you want, the point is your be shielded from the wind and totally invisible unless somebody is RIGHT on top of your hiding hole. 2 feet deep should do the trick. slide a long flat rock over half of it and you have an instant cave (of course the downside is you will be "living under a rock" so you will miss out on lot's of current events and news items)

  • @george4title Check backpackinglight . com for ideas on lightweight backpacking ideas. Have you ever thought of doing a thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail, from Mexico to Canada along the west coast mountain ranges?

  • from nycoyote.org --> Coyotes are omnivorous and will eat vegetables and fruits, and wild berries, and acorns when available. They frequently eat bird seed left on the ground under birdfeeders and make use of trash left exposed. Garbage and birdseed will attract coyotes to your yard. Keep these unintentional food sources out of reach of coyotes if you do not want coyotes in your yard.

  • ever seen that show ice road truckers, thats COLD!!

  • George get out in the desert man! I like to go hiking around palm springs all the time. I recommend a 100% wool blanket and a military surplus bivy-bag made of goretex if your going to spend the night. I have more gear than that now but I used that load out back in the day. You should be able to get all that gear at the surplus store for under $100 these days.

  • A good site George is digi hitch dot com Its a forum for those who hitchhike and live in the road with only what they carry on their backs. Example, instead of a heavy tent just carry a tarp and a piece of twine and make an A structure to sleep under. Check out the site for lots of good minimalist survival information.

  • lol

  • Nice video G4T. I'm in Michigan freezing bro!

  • This is hilarious. Clearly G 4 T don't know shit about camping out or backpacking. Its called backpacking george. Btw you get used to cold weather after you live there for a while. I have lived in Chicago, Idaho and now Southern California. I am a weather wimp now but I know I could go back to it for survival etc.

  • I too look at poop i find on the ground. Poop hunting is best at dawn so set your alarm!

  • g4t please read the china study. And then give us a review. Do it.

  • Be careful about sleeping in the open at night. Scorpions will be attracted to your body heat, and are really fast .. That little rock outcrop really does look good for a shelter. You may look on Craigslist freestuff and pick up some free palates when they come available. These you can use for half wall structure, and are pretty strong.. Just an idea.

  • jesus christ, those are called acorns. you must be F.O.T.B. lofl

  • g4t you'd still be on an island in the philipines living in sticks if it wasn't for whitey. hahaha

  • what about snakes, are there any out there ?

  • all you really need is your tent and a small backpack with some power bars, bottled waters and your iphone to youtube LOL

  • George look in to ultra light hiking equipment , 25 lb. packs !

  • @siggsterloo thank you checking it out

  • Do ya'll have a lot of scorpions out there? Anyway, there is a good cheap book on Amazon 'The Ultra-Light Backpacker' (?), not to mention many ultra-light backpacking websites. Nice-looking country. I could never leave north carolina, though =/

  • learn to ride a horse or a jack-ass

  • get a little wagon----you may look silly--but boy do they come in handy---i found mine in the trash

  • G4T it seems to me that the coyote poop contains almonds!

  • Hahaha... George. you made me laugh out loud.. I am loveloveLOVIN' your videos lately. You have transcended the temptation to jump for the juicy (hit-gettin') topics to get down and get real.. I, for 1, absolutely love this kinds of clip.

As for going out in the desert, and not wanting to take anything with ya.. well, George, you know what I have to say about that......you can drink your pee, you know. It helps your body regulate to any temperature, and gives you all the nutrients you need..

  • Nobody will survive the economic collapse. They too much dependable sheeple. Only those who ommit to elites will thrive.

  • i threatened my wife that I may disappear to bangkok or vietnam to make tv ads through some solid contacts I have there. talk about bugging the fuck out. I say shit i don't mean all the time but now I'm dead serious. I have an epicly great job in ad here in cali, but I'm ready to snap. The whole industry is ready to snap. It's gotten to the point that if anyone tries to dupe me my radar goes flying and I call them out. im ready to bug the fuck out due to dealing w creative personalities. LOL

  • @judutchinski

LOL bangkok. You won't be able to keep your nuts out of your pants there. WIth all those cute bar girls running around grabbing your arm your marriage will be over instantly.

  • Those are Hazelnuts. You need a cheap Cabin to ge out of the wind and elements. I can't figure why you wake up to any wind that would be the first thing to block. Pick better spots your camping skills kinda low. the more you do it the better it gets and the longer you can stay out in the elements. Plan better next time. George you have a ways to go. Keep working your Natural Caveman Skills.

  • Bear Grylls

  • Water, Food, Wool blanket, knife, boots, sunscreen, Garlic or bug repellent, clothes a 22lr rifle if your in a place that you can hunt. Some cookware a leatherman 300 ect

I think a water filter like a katadyn w/ceramic silver filter would be good and a backpack. I am starting to use a dog for protection. I found a smart pitbull, but he has created a new set of inconveniences. However, he is great company and funny as all get out.

And oh yeah, you can eat him if you need to keep from starving

  • it's 53 below zero tonight

how would you bug out up here....

  • It gets better. Just give it time. You're no older than I am. I slept in a closet lean to @31 degrees last night. The first year without heat or AC was horror, but adaptation increases over time. Rocks and dirt have thermal mass..so you'll need to keep a yoga or sleeping mat with you, or just a piece of coroplast, cardboard, or anything with air pockets to insulate you from the ground.

  • You ain't no Dan the Man.. Not gonna make that haul on Green Juice.

  • I live in Gotham, WI, which is in the middle of nowhere. Except, when the shit hits the fan, I'm right by the Wisconsin river, rich farmland, plenty of food to hunt. Far enough away from any major city that I won't have to worry about angry mobs. Yeah, it's cold, but awd, propane, and LL Bean clothes make it a non event those 5 cold months. Oh, also NO smog at all, clear skies. And for the price of 1 CA house, you can buy 3 out here. Don't miss CA since I left it in 2007.

  • Those are Acorns G4T...

  • @CastingStonez so why are they eating them?

  • @george4title They eat them for food George...

  • @george4title perhaps it's roughage, dogs are known to eat grass and dirt when they have stomach issues.

  • "British Vancouver"

    Lol

  • @kjb86 sorry

  • Try living in the Black Hills--lol

  • I live in Finland and the one thing I really dislike about this place is the weather. I can handle scorching heat better than the freezing cold.

  • @megatrollwarlock yeah me too

  • running to the high desert will get you killed george. how much water can you really lug into them hills for you and your family before you have to go back down? then you have your wife and 5 kids in tow or leave them at the mercy of others who have to ties to you. better to develop that network in your immediate area.

  • bedroll-hefty bags-good to go-

  • This is getting to nuts. lol. hmmm you live life once, enjoy all the creations what humans made for us to use. Its the best time to live right now, I dont want to be a caveman, thats a horrible life. Living this life in the system is ok, just don't fall into debt. This ideologies looks as if a person gave up.

  • @charlesfuchs Then you must support the Zeitgeist Movement, because the industrial infinite growth economic system we have now is entirely unsustainable, it's a pipe dream fantasy. We're either going to have a hi-tech resource based economy that is based on having access rather than ownership, or we're going back to the caves, or something in between that will suck just as much as going back to the caves.

  • Living in the upper midwest makes me appreciate the warm weather more than you could know. I wish I was in Cali right now! You should have that scientist guy rig up some sort of spray-on insulation to keep you cool/warm (whichever is needed) throughout the night.

  • heck the old time cowboy would build a fire and wrap up in a blanket

  • george check out 'System D" by Robert NEUWIRTH. he says that in a few years 2/3 of the people will be in a quasi Black Market system similar to Lagos or Somolia. Most people will not have a conventional job.

I listen to him on Mike Ruperts show tonight and it made me think of you pal.

  • I'm in Indiana and it hasn't snowed here once so far this year. It's been in the 50's and 60's every day and we have had 2 Toranado's so far in WINTER! Now if this doesn't spell out GLOBAL FRIGGIN WARMING I don't what will prove it to you fools. It should be in the Thirties here not in the fifties and Sixties.

The Global Warming train has left the station with Al Gore asleep in the dinning car. Bye Al Gore!

  • @valhala56

Im surprised it htis 60's in indiana. California is having record heat in january. Most 60 plus degrees in january on record. But I wouldn't expect that kind of temperatures out there.

  • @valhala56 ,thats does not mean its because of global warming!!

  • @sn9696 maybe not but what does the frigging Polar ice melting mean? When the poles ice melts there is nothing to reflect sunlight, see dumbass it's basic science and Physics. It's called the Greenhouuse Effect. But you know what? it really doesn't matter cause there is nothing NOTHING we can do to stop it. So get ya a barrel of number 15 sun protectant cause you going to need it, Ha ha LMAO off at you!

  • @valhala56 ,why do we never hear about the south pole caps melting?? Because their not!

  • @sn9696 Because you are not looking, just take your insipid fingers and google Anatartic ice shelf melting and breaking off. there has been ice bergs the size of entire states break off the Antarctic you moron. Actually I like Climate change, cause humans like you are too stupid to live and you need to be extinct. enjoy your time now fool.

  • while you're in 'no man's land', who's going to protect your wife and kids?

  • @chuckstore my plan is to get myself rock solid and lead by example

  • George were rooting for you! No homo but your connecting in your audience in a reality show way.

  • @EWOKCAD thanks man. just putting out content

  • @EWOKCAD - you faggot flipflop. LOL!!! you know you want him to ghetto gag you cause you. Actually maybe it was the hookers that put you in such a good mood.

  • @judutchinski

Yes the euphoria from the korean hookers on saturday had me feeling elated LOL

  • All ya need is a tarp, knife, water, dont wear cotton, wear wool or all synthetic. Maybe a few snacks. Watch out for snakes, they hybernate under rocks and in crevices. Same with scorpions. Have fun!

  • Hey Man, what happened to that little shelter you were digging?

  • @george4title You are right about the Nature thing !

  • I'm a creature of ice and darkness. I can work graveyard with no problems, and I was chaining trucks, kneeling in 3 inches of slushy water. I've also worked in 15 degree weather though the night. No problem if I'm dressed for it.

  • 2. That said, when it gets over 80 degrees or when the sun is too bright, I get lethargic and weak. My energy goes out the window. And since I have a physical job it really slows me down. During the hot summer I tend to switch to graveyard then switch back to days for winter.

  • @vention4wh interesting. I'm just the opposite

  • @vention4wh

    Thats why your single LOL

    J/K (Or maybe not?)

  • @vention4wh - hahaha dude you are wierd. I'm a big pussy compared to you sir. I'll just say it right now. LOL

  • @judutchinski

Me too. Im a big girly boy.
