  • I can't imagine how pro-tools would have wrecked his inflection in this performance

  • this is just *staggering.* freddie at the height of his vocal power. and he had the flu? jesus.

  • Love the ukelele solo!

  • An Evening With Queen 1974-1976 2DVD set , Queen Live at Earl's Court 1977 DVD available at Tommygun Video please see our Youtube channel for link to web site/clips/more info

  • Is it just me or freddie's voice sound a litte better in 70's than 80's? for example: just watch bohemian rhapsody in wembey 86 and then this, i think freddie sounds better here, but anyway i like the two versions :D

  • I remember watching this live on BBC2. It was Christmas Eve 1975, I was with cousins at my Aunt & Uncle's house. Our parents were at the local Working Mens Club and they returned around midnight as the concert finished on TV. Queen were fantastic and although I didn't really like their later work, I loved the early stuff. What a great start to Christmas - we then had a family party until the early hours. Great memories

  • i love the little wings at the end of his sleeves :)

  • they r releasing this kinda stuff in high quality next year cant wait, i love 70's Queen...well i love Queen in general, but 70's Queen rocked!

  • As much as i respect the guys, they should start releasing these old classic conserts on Blue-Ray! The Hyde Park conserts should be wonderfull to see totally remastered and in Blue-Ray. Enough is Enough with the 80's top 40 stuff. This is the influentals!

  • @crisscollins even in this concert. He and Brian had a cold.

  • Phenomenal 8.5 minutes, etched in time forever.

  • Perry the Platapus impression at 0:22-0:23

  • los 70 fueron la mejor época de queen sin duda alguna

  • Yes!!

Even in 1975 they had already so much material, that they decided to create a medley

  • FUCK it's AMAZING!!!!

  • Freddie's singing was amazing. but it's true he had a bad throat infection during this show

  • My Christmas Eve present to myself!

  • Brian's guitar tone sound kick ass on this video.

  • perfect

  • oh man that was so good!

  • they should release most of their early gigs on official dvds, this performance left me speachless, especialy the perfection of bring back that leroy brown, wow man

  • This concert is actually due to be officially released and remastered at some point, according to Brian May's site.

  • Really?

  • OOOOOMG!!! The power of the gooood, my life is complete ;____; Freddie I Love you, Brian, Jhon, Roger.... you'reeee the best!!! *ko*

  • A little numberrrrrrr...

    OMG!

HOW does he do that drilling rrrr sound???

    WONDERFUL! :))

    I love this!

  • @AmyLilies Ehm, it's quite a common sound in neo-latin languages... - apart from french... :-) - Non doubt you can achieve that!

  • @AmyLilies you have to speak polish/japan or have teeth like Fred

  • 7:51 Bass and then piano, amazing moment.

  • Oh, I see, there was march of the black Queen, Just recently i have read from the internet about The march of the black queen saying that Queen never played this song live, but with this video they had.

  • They just played an excerpt of it, but never the whole song.

  • Marvelous, how did you do it stereo?

  • great part of brian at 8:10

  • Yeah, he's with ukelele :)

  • This was on the first recording i ever got from Queen, i was 6 years old at that time and still have it, it is called Rhapsody in Red and has some rare early 70s recordings on it...

    great memories...

    rock on! ieme

  • Fantastic, i haven't seen this show for over 25 years. A real piece of magic.

About time it got a DVD release.

    Thanks for the upload.

  • I've never seen this THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO

  • Check out my Hammersmith 1975 videos mixed in stereo!

  • Awesome Leroy Brown and the March of the Black Queen.

    This is the real Queen.

  • Check out my Hammersmith videos in Stereo!

I also have Earl's Court and Houston uploaded!

    Check them out!

  • same outfit from the video lol

  • I LOVE watching Freddie play the piano in Leroy Brown!!! HELL... I LOVE watching Freddie play the piano during ANY song!! :D lolz

  • omg! i haven't see this before, this is so greeaat!! love the medley, love queen forever!!:)

  • Why are you so great Queen?? <3 you forever

  • I was born few hours before this concert. It was just starting the soundtrack of my life. Grazie 1000 Queen!

  • What is the last song played? I really like it! I like When he rolled his "R's"

  • The song is Bring Back That Leroy Brown, is from the third album "Sheer Heart Attack" song number 9. The original track is all singed, this version alive (that had just suprised me) is almost a melodic version. I enjoy A LOT to see the "non popular" Queen songs alive. Things like this shows the versatility of this band.

    QUEEEEE............N!!

  • pretty good quality this

  • I have this concert on CD and on video, and this show is maybe one of their best (if not the best)

  • Theres a CD of this?

  • It's a bootleg called Merry Christmas.

  • What CD/VHS or whatever is this video on?

  • I had this concert on bootleg in the seventies. This was known as the Bohemian Medley. This is the first that I've heard it in stereo. Thanks for posting.

  • que pedazo de banda,mi favorita,

  • Perfect!

  • I love the way he growls the words - it makes me laugh so much a miss him that much more.

    He was so amazing.

listen to 1:03 - the way his voice just echos and lulls is so beautiful.

  • It doesn't lag! All the videos I've seen of this medley lag terribly, but this one is in perfect sync! Not to mention, the sound quality is really nice as well!

The band plays beautifully here, and they all look so dandy!

Thanks a ton for the upload! :)
