  • Sir... SIR!!!

  • This woman is a poor excuse for a dispatcher.

  • dumb ass

  • This is so sad. She should know that he does not understand by the way he said he didn't know..

  • Question: in case of choking while unconscious what are the prearrival instructions the EMDs have?

They just keep trying the Heimlich maneuver over and over, isn't there something else to do?

  • @andybarone1984 - Yes. EMT-P (Paramedic) can intubate and use positive pressure ventilation. In some states they can perform traches, where they punch through the trachea to get O2 to the lungs using positive pressure vent. again :)

  • Everyone should know the heimlich manouver! This woman's death was totally preventable.

  • red meat kills.

  • I Don't get why the dispatcher asked him what she ate when she choked. What the fuck difference does it make? Jeez.

  • poor guy is panicking... rip 2 the lady...

  • Who the hell doesn´t know what is the Heimleich Manouver??? -.- Oh God...

  • Just because this guy cracked a joke about it doesn't mean he is cold and ignorant. I work in the medical field and we crack jokes all the time , sometimes even when we shouldn't . But I think that I'd our way of making a bad situation a little easier to deal with. Were not cold just have a sick sense of humor due to

    The nature of our work.

  • This was a murder clear and simple, why this dude is not behind bars is a mystery. He killed her then faked this whole circus.

  • of course another example of panic if he stayed calm this would have ended up better

  • when in things like this u need to breathe u dont cry..... and just stay calm and think:)

  • @carrolong That's easier said than done. People spend their whole lives looking for that one special person to love forever, then to finally find them and sadly, be forced to watch them die is awful. You just panic and don't know what to do. She was probably looking at him the whole time with panic in her eyes, waiting for him to help, all while trying to grasp for air. That would freak anybody out. It's easy to say "stay calm" but it's another thing when ur in that situation. Such a sad story.

  • this is how the world works, dumb people die, smart people live. unfortunately sometimes dumb people cause the death of others. why call 911 to help when you cant even do a simple task. ye cry and be a moron while someone dies because you cry and be dumb rather then listen help.

  • Here is a nice example of what kind of person David is, straight from the news report and interview with employees that night....

"After paramedics arrived at Cooper's home, word reached dispatch that McGhee had died.

According to written accounts from several coworkers, Cook responded:

"She must have bitten off more than she can chew.""

    Disgusting!

  • For those of you who say "I don't see how he didn't try to help".. get your asses on google and look for the story.

The dispatchers who were all siting in the room tried to get David Cook on the phone TO HELP THIS MAN for 7 minutes straight. The operator who this poor victim is talking to actually threw her arms up in frustration many times at not getting help.

He didn't want to deal with it. Go read the reports and educate yourself on this pathetic excuse for a human. He should ROT!

  • I would like to know who on earth does not know what the Heimlich manuever is?!?!

  • @jessfl11 Legally it isn't called the Heimlich anymore... It is considered "Abdominal Thrusts" Heimlich was the man who "invented it" and now his family wants compensation because people are using his name as a life saving tool. So they changed it. lol.

  • Everyone knows what to do when someone has passed out and isnt breathing.

    *Insert penis*

  • Heimlch.

    Or

lay her on something, let upper body slide out, so she hangs down. hit her in the back.

    Or

Slit open her throat, in the center, near where the neck atatches to body. if its stuck high up, which most cases it is, you can breath through the opened "windpipe" or what its called.

If it was stuck far down, then you are screwed by now, since you cant do any more physical tricks with a patient with an open throath.

so sad to hear this call :(

  • On July 17, 08 I lost it just like he did on a 911 call, My boyfriend was dying right before me lucky the dispatcher was so good she jerked me into understanding & cooperating with her in a firm voice. today he's here cause of her efficiency work & I'm eternally greatful for her helping me bring him back, he died twice that awful morning rush.

  • first, I work in this county in question. this man was too drunk to listen, he hung up and dispatch had to call him back, he walked out side and was given directions. He is not a minority and he even had her covered up already when ems arrived. And skyice you cant beat someone in the chest and make food come out its more difficult then that and dispatch is given cards made up by our medical director as to what to say. according to her parents she never ate steak either. so put it all together.

  • I do not see where the guy did not try. The disbatcher did try to do there job. Teh supervisor tryed to help. Should not have handed the phone back to the operator. But besides that the 911 did there job. And the Boyfriend did what he could.... it sounded like.

  • why is this even on youtube?

  • It's a news story.

Plus any 911 call is public record.

  • 911 calls are not public record

  • @Spike8706 yes they are

  • @Spike8706 actually in a court of law, 911 calls are public record of the account of the event. 911 calls explain a lot about what goes on DURING the situation and can be heard by the public in specific cases.

  • This is awful! I bet these people lived in a black neighborhood or minority neighborhood.Bec. this is very often how it goes down. Oh, and I am white btw. But, I have seen this happen time and again with my friends in their neighborhood. They get ignored. Shame on these people. At the very least they ought to all get fired out of the profession forever!!!!

  • no, he lived off US-41 in Land O' Lakes Florida.

In the country not the ghetto.

  • skyice1, The guys girlfriend was dying in front of him and he didn't know what to do, that doesn't make him an idiot.

  • I worked in dispatch centers for years, this call was a disgrace - the upper management should be ashamed to have the public listen to this, knowing that the publics link for help is so lacking training. David Cook the supervisor on duty was known for his sleeping on duty so that don't surprise me it took so long for him to chime in! He was probably SLEEPIN! When he finally did he was yelling and had an attitude.

  • fucked upppp

  • thats soo sad... it would have been faster to drive her to the ambulance himself...

  • Ya know I would lose my Job to save someone's life.

  • im never gonna eat steak again

  • I would just hang up!

  • I hate people that do that. I am a dispatcher. its like fuck man give me your damn info and listen to what the fuck i have to say... i hate people who can't listen and then get mad cause we're not helping...

  • And that foolishness cost the woman's life. My uncle died the same way. It takes a while to choke to death.

  • Yeah! Who the hell does he think he is, freaking out during the worst moment of his entire life? Nobody does that!

  • Wow, that sucks! The other (male) dispatcher did a horrible job. It's too bad that the female dispatcher wasn't allowed or trained to give medical instructions. As sad as it is most 911 dispatch centers don't allow dispatchers to give instructions/ medical advise unless they are "specially trained". So even if a certain dispatcher knows how to do CPR they can't tell a caller how to do it unless they are "trained to give instructions" or loose their jobs if they give instructions.

  • Why do U think the bloke done a bad job, i thought he was trying to be clear and in control. Just interested in what you thought. cheers

  • My heart goes out to these people. I hope she is ok. It is important for us all to know these life saving tips. please check with your local fire department. They can train you so you can help in these situations.

  • You hope that she is Okay? Didn't you read the more info on the side of the video? She was not okay - she choked to death on a bit of steak.

  • Comment removed

  • He says he doesn't know what the heimleich maneuver is, she's not givign him instructrions. Although, he should have known that maneuver in the first place.

  • What is the heimliech maneuver?

  • omg.. u gotta know that!!! look it up and learn it damnit!

  • WOW...just wow...can someone tell me if the operator gets help there asap...cuz it really sounds like shes being a bitch and just nagging on about the fucking heimleich maneuver. kinda pisses me off how stupid there questions are.......well...i do think they got there pretty quick either way

  • Yes help did arrive quickly for this person... but ultimately it was too late. This is now a well known case for dispatch centers and EMS services accross the country. I will say though the female dispatcher is probably more frustrated than "bitchy" she asked for a supervisors help repetadly and when she finally got a supervisor he hung up on the caller. It was revealed in court that she was not allowed (for fear of her job and per her training) to give any instructions over the phone.

  • this is absolutely heartwrenching...

  • The Red Cross has CPR classes for 15$ and 2 for that price on Saturdays through March and April. Not sure if they do that every year or in every state, but if your interested visit their site. They will teach you the correct way to do the Heimlich maneuver. I'm a nurse and have to be recertified every 2 years, I'm dumbfounded that the 911 operators don't I learned this stuff in Jr High school.

  • ALL COPS ARE BASTARDS including the dispatchers!! I HATE COPS SOO FUCKING MUCH!

  • Newsflash Schmuck this is Fire Rescue's Dispatch and Fire Rescue responds to medical calls not the Police. How ignorant can you be?

  • @SouthernOregonOrgani u r a fucking moron dispatchers have a bery hard job to do you should go fuck urself

  • well i couldn't listen to the whole thing but just by reading the side thing damn! we cant even trust the people that are supposed to be there to help us! its horrible and depressing i just don't know what to think anymore

  • man thats horrible....i think im gonna get cpr certified just for stuff like that....damn...if my girlfriend died of that....i dont think i would have the strength to even try the heimleich....why did they even say that? just get their asses over there....

  • omg. i think i just witnessed someone dying

  • the police never think its as tragic as you do. they dont say "oh... my... god" iconsiderate fucks

  • sorry some adjustments, the boyfriend covered her up with a sheet

  • You all know whats incredable sad Is this guy was drunk, The girl according to her family never ate steak and when the fire dept arrived the boy friend was covered up with a sheet and she was found in asystole. I work in this county as a medic and I know the facts. For all the people that choose to judge without knowing the facts, well I hope you never face a life saving event because you will all fail to act. Because its never any ones fault, always someone else. I hope you got the sarcasm.

  • the guy was panicking like fucking hell how could he do anything if hes crying and shit fucken he wasnt even listening on the phone properly

  • yeah Thats what they all do just fucking wait around. Are you a imbecile? How about people taking responsibility for there own actions and decisions for a change. Every one wants someone else to take care of them or blame. You are the type of person that the rest of us have to clean up after.

  • ??? I don't fully understand what you mean.

  • Yeah, I always liked David Archuleta better too.

  • and u realize and emergancy traceomatry( srry my spell check is fkd) would have saved this persons life?

  • Whatever you may have watched on M*A*S*H or any other TV show, this guy would not have been capable of an emergency trac.

I'm still of my original opinion this guy is a retard like the rest of the mindless sheep out there who seem to depend on 911 to save their lives. Sorry, but take a f*ing community college class on CPR, etc! If teachers and daycare workers are required to, then so are you!

Oh, and get a goddamn speaker phone so you don't have to keep putting the dispatcher on hold!!!

  • psh get lost, you lost all credibility in other post when you looked like a fucktard, not once did he say "yes" to any questions from the first dispatcher, im required to take cpr cause teachers and daycare workers have to? you are a retard, i think u have add and posibly chemical imbalance buddy, ur creep fuck off!

  • What's really funny is I'm sure you're one of these people who don't own a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, a first aid kit, or even a flashlight (let alone a firearm). You depend on everyone to wipe your ass for you, and get sore when a loved one dies because you were ill-prepared to take on anything life may throw at you.

I may be a creep, but at least my family will survive the bumps and bruises of a steak dinner.

  • u better think again

  • How incredibly sad........

For all those who condem, please remember that you cannot judge people in a crisis or how they handle death. You can only be responsible for your own actions. This poor boyfriend will probably be beating himself up more than you all ever could.

How very unfortunate and how very, very sad...

    .......

  • Cops are getting out of control. form the cop to the courts. Please email all BADCOPS and Bad Judge - vidios to me. PS you can always tell when a family member, friend or cop leaves a comment. BIOS!

  • i meant diiiiiissssagree with u more.. haha sorry

  • I could not agree with you more. First, I have been a 911 dispatcher and a paramedic for over 5 years now. I have taken every type of emergency call. There are many people out there, who in an emergency situation, have no idea how to keep themselves under control. As for not known the heimlich maneuver... I have given Doctors CPR instructions over the phone.. truth of the matter is.. in a situation like this one.. people forget their name! This man did not get the help people he should have!!

  • thank you..i know it sounds simple but you wouldnt believe some of the things people firget. they cant even tell you the street their on our their age because theyre soo paniced. some people handle stress/emergency sits alot better than others.me im a dispatcher and i will *HOPEFULLY* be a cert. medic in a few months.

  • The hysterical boyfriend should have been charged with gross criminal negligence for not owning a TV, otherwise he'd have known how to save this woman's life. Ultimately, I blame him for being unable to control his own panic, and for constantly leaving the phone.

In the future, I recommend this boyfriend watch a few Movies, Hospital Drama TV shows, or even Baywatch. The live-saving Heimlich Maneuver is the most accurately portrayed medical procedure seen on TV, next to CPR. Everyone knows it.

  • what's this have to do with david cook?

  • For the love of God read the description.

  • thats not funny

  • Amen. Thank christ we use MPDS in the london amb. That call was almost abandoned by not giving the man instructions...or making any attempt to calm him down.

  • who in the hell doesn't know the heimlick maneuver? People, don't rely on 911 to save your loved ones life!!

  • I thought 99 % of the public knew the heimlich maneuver !

  • true but when it comes down to it some people handle the stress better. some people forget everything. please dont rely soley on 911 to save yours or anothers life. please take the initiative go to a hospital or community college or the red cross and get cpr certified

  • By the way the segment from the PILOT EPISODE of RESCUE 9-1-1- is on here, "Arlington", and you can see that the young could be capable of calling in an emergency.

  • i have worked in many a 911 center. I think it is a damn disgrace that 911 centers take emergency 911 calls and are not giving EMD (emergency Medical Dispatch instructions)That should not happen.... someone should have been giving this poor man instructions on how to take care of her....THIS WAS TOTALLY crazy.. and I would have sued the shit outta this county....

  • Listen to this call again. For one, the guy was impossible to communicate with in any reasonable fashion. Secondly, he misrepresented the situation.

Whenever the dispatcher asked "Did you give her the Heimlich Maneuver?" he repeated "YES" each time. He never once indicated his ignorance of the Heimlich Maneuver, or asked for assistance.

Bear in mind that Pasco County is huge, with a 1/2 million people. The 911 dispatch center is like a call center, and they get chokings every few minutes.

  • ...if u listen the dispatcher asked him if he tried the heimlich and he said..and i quote "i dont know how to"...so would that still be saying yes every time the dispatcher asked?..no..no it wouldnt

  • this is david cook? i wouldnt doubt this idiot would have this happen to him

  • its not him

  • at our center we do not give medical assistance but we do transfer all medical emergency calls to EMS which are all certified to talk ppl thru emergency medical issues...I can tell you the stress of sitting on the phone with a caller who is stressed and every minutes seems like an hour ..alot of times with callers you have to scream at them to get them focused and get there atentions to actualy talk to even get the ady..nothing is worse than knowing they need help but not able to get an ady

  • i think 911 calling should be included in high school in like a home ec class or somethin...911 is for life or death emergencies ONLY-- this does not include, noise complaints, things that happened 2 hours ago or ur kids not listening to u. it's rediculous how many erroneous 911 calls i take a day... oh and my #1 most annoying thing is ppl letting there kids play with the phone- all phones, connected or not can and do call 911 so pls give ur kids ur keys or something besides the phone.

  • How on Earth does that have anything to to with whats on this video?

  • it's part 3 of my response-- if u read the whole thing it'll make sense

  • D'oh :> tl;dr

  • most PSAPs, like the one i work at you will get x-ferred there anyway since its where they contact the resources. you're there to help the public suck it up

  • if we give wrong intructions such as in this case, imagine the patient was pregnant and we caused an injury to the baby... i bet no one would say atleast u saved the lady, there'd be a lawsuit. also i wouldn't be surprised if this center got in trouble for saying "heimlich" as it is a copywrited term.

  • Look at Medical Priority (MPDS) EMD protocol cards. All the medical instructions you'll ever need, plus the liability for providing first aid instructions is assumed by the college of physicians at MPDS that have written the protocols. This has become the industry standard; The public expectation of EMD has already been created. There's likely more legal risk from -not- implementing EMD, due to the assumed standard & expectations that have been created worldwide for EMD from 1984 on:Good luck.

  • i am also a 911 call taker and there are tons of call centers that do not allow employees to give medical instruction and it's all based on the fear of lawsuits, the only thing a call taker can say is 'help is on the way' people don't understand that a 911 call taker is not a doctor or a paramedic and our only full ability is to send help.

  • Some dispatch centers do not have protocols in place for giving first aid instructions to 911 callers... some 911 center workers are actually prohibited by their employers from giving first aid instructions. All emergency dispatch centers need to implement modern industry standard protocols for emergency medical dispatch and pre -arrival first aid instructions.

I am a fire and ems dispatcher, and have 13 verified live saves from giving heimlich, cpr, and childbirth instructions.

  • ps compare pay rates for 911 dispatchers in this part of the country to other areas... then make your own inferences about the standard of care and level of professionalism that prevails in the industry in the area. 911 call centers need to be run with high training, employment, salary, and professional development standards, not as low - level clerical backwaters or as places to put injured or burned out officers or other personnel.

  • Oh I have a new one for you, don't know if it's up on you tube yet. The 911 operator fell asleep while a woman reported someone was breaking in to her house. You can hear the operator snoring in the background, and the caller had to wake him up, guess he was trying to calm her down, by taking a nap.

  • You can't be expected to remember something you've probably never done before and learned about so long ago. She should have instructed him even if he knew what it was so he could do it properly.

  • look, the fact is that when someone you love is dying right in front of you, you are EXTREMELY panicked! To performe the hymlich or any other life saving emergency can be an almost impossibility that is why we have medical proffesionals who are supposed to come to the aid of people in these emergency situations. What this opperator did was totally irresponsible and horrid. He is negligent and deserves to be penalized.

  • The man who's wife was choking should have been given exact and concise step-by-step instructions on how to perform the heimlich maneuver IMMEDIATELY, not minutes into the call while he became more and more panicked.

  • Sometimes it is just not possible to save someone.

  • u can atleast try.

he say's he doesn't know what heimlich manouvre is.

she should have told him step by step how to do it.

damn, i feel so sorry for that guy, what a traumatic expierence....

  • Yeah especially when you call 911. We called 911 for my father, they were supposed to send an ambulance, we called 3 times and they never came, we finally carried him to the hospital ourselves, and he died several hours later, The Dr. said the time "we wasted" waiting for 911 to respond contributed to his death, as he felt had he received treatment even an hour sooner, he would most likely have survived. He had been to the Dr earlier in the day. When in doubt, blame the victim and the family.

  • It is extremely easy to monday morning quarterback these types of calls. You really have to "walk in their shoes" to fully understand what goes on with 911 operators. Most do the best they can and what seems like a simple solution in the calm of a living room chair doesnt always come to light when youre under the gun. We all do things and look back over thinking they could have been done better or differently

  • Both the man and the 911 operator did not know what the Heimlich maneuver was. They are supposed to have a pamphlet to explain ER procedures. I am a nurse and if you can't handle being under the gun as a 911 operator, you're in the wrong job! I"m sure the man would have calmed down had she explained it in the first place. but no, just kept telling him the same thing over and over again. That would not calm anyone down.

  • exactling and over and over saying is she sitting up, is she conscious, is she this is she that... calm down ... are you listening blah. theres only so and so many seconds you have with out oxgen before braindamage

  • Stay calm, do the Heimlich, and if nothing gets coughed up then get 911.

  • David cook the Idol? How old was he??? goodness... what an awfull experience

  • 2 questions...was that David Cook? And was this real?

  • Yes and yes.

  • this dispatcher didnt do the best job possible but quit putting everyone that works in emergency dispatch in a jar...most of you ppl have no idea how stressful it is and how stressful it is and how many different things you hafta do at once. I see so many ppl that come in here and cant make it through two days of training. I wish everyone could sit for just 1 or 2 hours and watch someone dispatch these calls in a decent size city, and then try to be this critical of all of us.

  • not to mention the pay is shit...the hours are usually shit...and the work environment is usually not a whole lot better.

  • I have to agree with you. People in general are not self sufficient enough, panic, then expect 911 to save them from things that DO happen in life. I've had an occasion to use 911 before, and because of my actions while emergency services was in route. I've saved a couple of lives at least. It's total idiocy to think 911 can get someone there while the emergency is happening. No offense to 911 operators either, just stating a reality.

  • then i guess we dont need 911 in the first place. contrats for the most stupid remark ive heard on Youtube yet.

  • So what exactly do you think people did 50 years ago when there was 911? 120 years ago when there was no telephone? Wow.......just wow, they handled it themselves or got help from a neightbor. So bright boy, 911 is for idiots like you that can't do anything for themselves. Now, who did you say made the most stupid remark on youtube? Idiot.

  • *yawn*

there was also a time when we had no wheel, civil rights, plumbing,INTERNET, Electric.. that doesnt mean we dont need it

  • Don't know if your referring to me but no we don't need 911, I was a nurse, I watched a Dr. stricken with fear when a patient started choking in his office, he just stared at me, I did the heimlich maneuver and sent the Dr to get an O2 tank. She's fine. We need to educate ourselves because we can certainly not depend on the health care system.

  • I shouldnt have to explain this, its something one should learn in kindertargen. A society watches out for itself- A Dr has a job to help Patients, a Police has a job, etc.

WE rely on these people & EACH OTHER, IN a society to help us with all of our various needs. YOU might think you are independant, but Id SURE love to be the"IDIOT" on the phone, when you are chocking on a peice of steak, with the same 911response on the phone maybe then youd learn the concept of interdependantness ina soceity.

  • You know, you're speaking idealistically, no realistically. I completely agree we live in a society where we rely on each others help at times and it happens everyday, from borrowing a cup of sugar to stopping and helping at a crash scene til emergency services show up. What I should not have to explain to you is how many people are on 911 calls right here on tube that die because they don't have a glimmer of self sufficiency. 911 cannot save you......DUH, go back to kindergarten PLEASE.

  • OK don't think you were referring to me, but let me know sounds like we agree

  • No, I wasn't referring to you, rather to ditzyboywonder who thinks dialing 911 will save you, when in fact there's quite a few 911 calls right here on tube where people die while trying to make that call.

  • Amen Brother

  • Idiot doesn't know what the Heimlich is?

  • Our 911 system working for you, good luck everyone

  • For anyone trained and know the heimliech its physicaly draining, non the less emotional for a untrained person! The first dispatcher did a negligent job at instructing him with directions of the Heimlich manuver the 2nd dispatcher was on the spot with precise instructions, It is Ideal for everyone to be trained in CPR and First Aid Trainings, Take it upon yourself to get out learn some knowledge, contact your local Emergency Managment Council, Im sure they have trainings available good to know!

  • I read all that on the side...that is shit...that guy took forever to get on the line, and refused at first...its his fault she died...fuck all that leagal bullshit...that guy fucked up..he should have gotten on the phone immidetly and help that poor guy. That is some bullshit...cut the red tape and get that supervisor some jail time. What the fuck is this world comming to?

  • The caller was just panicing too much to listen

  • Panicking too much to listen? what instructions did this moron 911 operator give him, do the heimlich maneuver, the man said he didn't know what that was, but comments say everyone from kindergarten on knows how to do it, not quite, as a health care professional, why do we have to go to classes yearly to retrain to make sure it is done properly? Because people forget, and there are other ways to perform it, it's different on infants, the alert, and the unconscious. He was listening to an idiot.

  • what did the guy say that was so bad? i must have missed it. I'm a 911 oper. and we are taught in classes that sometimes you hafta be like that to let ppl know that you are in control of the phone call...there are certain things that you hafta do or say to break through the "hysteria threshold"

you cant save someone when all you can hear is yelling and screaming on the other end of the phone.

  • Great calm him down by telling him to do a procedure neither he or the first operator knew how to do. Why didn't she just explain the procedure instead of saying over and over did you do the heimlich maneuver. This is a disgrace. I would think as a 911 operator this call would only make you feel shame. How about teaching how to explain the procedure in class?

  • exactly what i was thinking 1000 percent agreement here.

" did you set her up" " yes shes sitting up" is she alert?" duh.

  • I don't think that this call should have been added on to youtube to begin with.

  • Its a news story, get over it.

  • Tell that one to the grieving husband and others who lost loved ones due to 911 operators response. So no, I well not get over it!

  • Before you post things---read the "about the video". It is meant to get people to think and learn...not a joke.

  • That was the whole call? If it was the guy on the phone didn't help them the situation at all. I understand his situation but with his hysterics he wasn't listening to what he was being asked. Wasting time she didn't have.

  • this is so sad. I don't think he should be charged for death. She bit off more than she could chew.

  • are you making jokes? you sad prick, 'she bit off more than she could chew' why say that? it mocks and belittles her whole experience of dying

  • that must of been one big piece of steak she chocked on.

  • that dude was yelling at the caller

  • Oh, this is RIDICULOUS... no one can learn the goddamned Heimlich over the fucking phone. The proper Heimlich is a difficult procedure requiring a lot of strength, a specific angle, and a lot of abdominal bruising of the victim. The ambulance is freaking SLOW too!

  • This is an outrage.

  • wow... completely useless.

  • How many times does she ask him to do the Hymlic manuver??? He says many times he doesn't know what it is...So unless they explain exactly what to do then....??-by the time they do she's dead.

Would have been easier to throw her in a car and drive her to help..

  • well no..shes unconcious it takes about an hour for your whole body to shutdown.

  • And about 4 minutes for permanent brain damage, if oxygen is not getting to the brain,

  • The 911 people took 3 minutes and 51 seconds to finally explain the heimliech!! Waste!
