  • Haka ,great tradition!! And I'm a yank from the states....Make your enemy the fish of whiro!!!! Uheeee!!!!

  • @JeremyStenton please grow a dick and u go stand in front of them while they're doing the haka. Have some respect u prick!

  • im portuguese, and know i now why portugal lost to romenia to the qualification of the rugby world cup..they would shit they´re pants just with the haka lol the haka is really something beyond powerful!

  • The haka is supposed to be a honorable and traditional war dance.putting it in a sport takes that honor away because it's a maori dance and it's only for the maori because it's their tradition and the maori's history is truly legandary because they fear no one and they never accept defeat. The maori are the embodyment of pride and they are the innovators of victory

  • @joshuaswissmoore nz is one country, unlike the u.s where everyone is classed by race. and being an all black is one of the highest honours anyone in nz can acheive so to use it before a game is a great honour.

  • @joshuaswissmoore All New Zealanfers know understand and believe in what a Ka Mate Haka represents and all blys learn it from about 2 years of age, it is only to be performed before battle and to New Zealanders and the All Blacks that is exactly what rugby is. It has been performed before rugby by them for 100 years, and the deserve the right to play it. Us maori share this tradition with them, and the Haka is always lead by Maori players

  • bloody adidas want to commercialize every damn thing. get your greedy money hungry paws off our haka!!

  • @aurajinv

Adidas didnt force anyone of these guys to accept this "greed money" and star in this commercial.

  • i dont care. our culture shouldn't be exploited for the benefit of a bloody multi-billion dollar company, just so they can sell their propaganda. get lost, adidas.

  • @aurajinv shut the fuck up you idiot, it obviously doesn't matter to much to your countries team because they're getting a rake of cash thus helping make your countries standard of rugby even better

  • We South Africans can maybe do the gumboot dance before a game while the front free players blow their wistles.

  • second from the right is dan carter

  • Who is the second guy from the right? He's SUPER hot and quite possibly the reason I'm moving to NZ from the States.

  • what a stupid reason to move

  • im english and i love watching the haka, wish we had one gets u fired up

  • yeh ano but it just wouldnt hav the same effect. The haka is all about tradition. What would we do?

  • How about morris dancing? haha

  • haha..now that would be interesting.

  • A++ reply ahahaha that made me chortle

  • have a cuppa probably... not quite as scary tho

  • aim high . tackle low .

    all black .

  • cool!

  • alguien que lo pueda subtitular en español?

  • is that a picture of the webb ellis trophy in the video? whats that got to do with new zealand?

  • PAIN+BLOOD+GLORY=ALL BLACKS

  • maori are polynesians einstein

  • Haka is a war pledge carried out by ALL polynesian nations - for thousands of years. Who, invented tha haka? Not the Maoris! It was the Polynesians - way way back!

  • yeah but maoris call the haka and we have or own styles comparesd to other polynesian styles

  • Whoa! did this ad ever appear on tv?

  • In France it did in a 30 sec version (during the world cup of course ! The France was in a very "rugby mood" by this time...)

  • dan carter's hair on this add look metro :)

  • Whats the name of the guy that 1st drows on the glass ?

  • Rico Gear

  • Great marketing, bad coaching cost them the world cup, plus the fact they are now more worried about breaking a nail than playing for their country. How the fk can a team be coached by not having the players play top ranking teams rather than setting up test against those that arent quite there, let alone keep changing the team so often.Flame away, but I think how the new squad has been picked says a lot has been learned since the last debarcle.

  • Remember they lost to an obvious forward pass & they didnt get ONE penalty in the WHOLE 2nd half!!

  • excuses...

  • thing of beauty!

  • go all blacks

  • I'm so glad that the ancient cultural spectale of lucrative advertising slots is still alive today for the people of Adidas.

  • You are halairous hahahaha

  • Richie is great as the other one (but... it's Richie^^)! Love this game the best ever! Love french too...

    ALLEZ LES BLEUS

  • best game in the world

  • those comments were for muscomac666 in case anyone was confused

  • talk about some diehard rugby fans

  • You lost to you idiot, don't try bask in the the boks glory...

  • Well done fucko! I was telling Manutdmafia not to try claim the boks win as his victory since hes British (according to his profile), but you didn't see that did you numb nuts?

  • Good thing is that this year NZ's gonna face South African bitches and english pussies.

    SA on Tri Nations

    England on Iveco Tour

    C U Biatch

  • Impossible is nothing. Except winning the World Cup of course. That bit seems to be beyond us eh bro.

  • As a devoted All Black fan. There is nothing I can say to that. The AB's have created all this hype, their M.O in Rugby is "Great Rugby at the wrong times,The World Cup is the only thing to play for. I reckon if they pulled the Tongans off the AB's and they played for Tonga. Then the Tongans would have at least made it to the quarter finals.I think the AB's got the karma whiplash from walloping Portugal 100-something.

  • NZ are small country better than nothing

  • Impossible is nothing, not catching the yips at 4 yearly intervals is Everything. Where was war cry spirit, or at least attack(haka) formation through to the last minutes.?

besides, why weren't Howlett, Major, Weepu in the campaign? Keep Henry for another 2 years, and see if Le Blacks(and NZ) can reclaim some of their mana.

  • Julio Co

  • commercial yes, but good anyways

  • I just like listening to the accent :)

  • It's one of the Adidas commercials. The stick-cartoons is another complete aspect of it.

  • nice ad, should've had blacked out figures of real men doing the haka instead of cartoons doing it..

  • But have you thought that in that way the add would be much more espencive?

  • Not really, i know a bit about multimedia and how to create such an effect would definately be in the budget. To me anyway stick figures of the men is a bit offensive to a traditional haka. I still like the ad tho

  • well it isnt offensive cause the players drew themselfs like sick men look up an ad of lomu he didnt draw himself as a stick man but to be honest more of a frankinstein monster lol look it up its on utube

  • Expensive? You think adidas cannot afford it? Expense isn't really a problem. I don't think it's offensive to use stick figures though...that's a bit of a stretch as they obviously aren't trying to be offensive and they are quite serious about the haka and its meaning.

  • the stik cartoons is just a part of the add you also have 1 with lomu in it when he draws himself its on utube to so look it up and expens is indeed not really a factor for adidas lok up adidas adds ull find lots of these soort of ads were they tell a story by a cartoon that they draw

  • I know their not trying to be offensive.. im just saying that their wouldve been a better alternative thats all.

  • All the current Adidas "Impossible is Nothing" ads involve the athletes narrating stick-figure versions of themselves acting out their stories. It's not an expense issue, it's the aesthetic of the campaign.
