Ana Lucia was just amazing. I cried when I first saw this. Such a compelling, complex, misunderstood woman. Michelle Rodriguez portrayed her to PERFECTION.

Yeah, this is why Michelle is 1 of my fav actresses. She can portray tough/strong women, but she always brings real emotion out of them (like Diana in Girlfight/Letty in Fast and Furious)

It's just you! Season 5 has been brilliant, we're getting the answers that have puzzled us for years...maybe you prefer making your own assumptions and getting a million more puzzling questions, but i like the fact they're not stretching things out too much.

No I don't think the drama is as good this season as in others, especially season 1. Now they focus too much on sci-fi and mythology instead of great character moments such as this one. By speeding through character moments, I'm not as invested in them as I used to be unfortunately. Lost is still my favorite show though.

You may be right that there weren't as many strong character moments as previous seasons, but I think Its because they had so much plot to tell, Season 6 I imagine will have alot as every charaters story will be resolved.

That's what I was saying, they are speeding through it. They have too much story to tell and the emotion of the story suffers. I don't think as you said, that every character's story will be resolved. Also, with only 17 episodes left, there is even less time to tie up everything so I can't imagine the plot being as smooth and character-based as in the earlier seasons.

Well I have faith that the creators will resolve everything thats important and that the plot won't suffer. They themselves decided to complete the series in this many episodes and if they really needed another 5 or so episodes to completely flesh out the story im sure abc would give it to them. Also though season 5 may have not reached as many emotional heights, I felt it was the most consistent in its quality, there were no filler episodes.

Yeah things like that but also things that were deliberately made plot points like the numbers, Libby and a bunch of others. I'm not talking about little things.

Look I don't expect them to answer everything but I do expect them to resolve some of the bigger things that they brought up. I can do without the numbers and Libby's connections to the other losties, I want to know why Walt is special and why all of the 815ers are connected off the island.

This episode was awesome. I remember holding my breath the first time I watched this. I loved it when we didn't know who the other were or what they were yet. It made it more scarier than. The part when the others were walking thru the jungle and all they showed were the feet was just like out of supense or horror movie.
