it's in the Arena(where you have a single player and the keeper to do whatever u want) and not in the game. hope that is the problem, if not you're screwed :(

The ol switcheroo does work it is just annoying

give to 1 winger and run right to the line

then cross the ball all the way across without any1 else touching it. control with other winger

I thought you had to cross the ball from one side to the other but it's with the ball rolling actually to get that achievement. Press and hold pass from one wing to the other, and you will have it. At least that's how i got mine.
