Yes he does, but it has been proved by looking at the past doctors. No one thought anyone would be as good as John Perwtree (Doctor 3) and yet Tom Baker blew everyone away. So it may happen again. But I have very high doubts it will happen again. Sorry Matt :/

i think the event that began the time war will be prevented it has to be linked between why the doctor no longer use guns and why davros was driven to madness and created daleks

They've milked it TO DEATH. Bringing her back in the first place only served to undermine the really touching finale of 'Doomsday' (and make us all worry about Billie Piper's massively new chompers). To KEEP bringing her back just devalues the character even more. RTD needs to leave well enough alone.

Nah I think yes they have a limit, but Rose was the only human that the doctor actually loved and is key to the stories in doctor who. The majority of viewers react positively to her return so they keep doing it to attract more viewers. Nethertheless, The last of the specials is roses last appearence, thats where the doctor apparently confesses hes in love with her, and thats the perfect ending I think!

Im pretty sure she will be mentioned by the doctor in the future, but thats it im sure!

I don't think she's "key" to the stories (she's been gone for virtually two whole seasons) and I don't think the Doctor will "finally" tell her any such thing. The Doctor can never do that, he is always the Timelord, in some way apart (and it's not finally, cos even though DT is leaving The Doctor as a character must carry on). RTD tried to have his cake and eat it by giving Rose the duplicate Doctor, which was basically a sop to the fans.

Well you can never trust umours but, Lk you said that whole clone ending was not great, and the idea of one last goodbye sounds much better to end that story.

Rose isnt the main plot (or key) but story arcs did elove around her as did a whole load of references after her departure.
