How do you make the picture come out like that? Even though I use a really good camera and upload it onto youtube, it still turns out really blurry.

I think hhe recorded this part of the news from his computer wich is hooked up to the Tv through a Cable .

I do have a capture card and a full package cable but as I am in Canada there is no 2M here , , what I did is simple I download the videos from the website of 2M and then I trim it in the points I like ...so easy
