This is one of the most underrated films, it was flop. This is just proves indian audiences taste in films, they make shitty movies like bodyguard, ready, ra one, dabanngg blockbusters while cult classics like this go unappreciated. this is one of the best indian movies, n is probably the only time i actually think srk gave a good performance, apart from dil se (Which also went unnoticed, while it styl remains a classic in my eyes)

Alka sounds amazing in this song! who says she can't sing difficult numbers or any classical songs (even though this may not be even semi classical?)She is excellent. This is a diffcult song to sing and she did it quite well. Hats off to you Alka.

Its such a beautiful song that if someone in YT were to translate it they will fail completely. My suggestion to you would be to buy a DVD or search a version on YT that has subtitles. You will surely love this song once you understand the meaning. Moreover, the extremely melodious voice of Alka Yagnik. You will not find it anywhere. But I must say thank you for your interest.

Just one mistake. Bulb can light up below 230 volts also. Whatever shown in movie is technically wrong. Bit I don't mind that. I also love this movie. And if u r out of India then you will love this movie more..

I agree you can light a bulb below 230 volts, but what we get in our houses in india is 220V, so i dont think him lighting a bulb at 230V was technically wrong. Besides only very very few know what we get at home and that at what voltages you can light bulb... so even if it was technically wrong which btw it isnt, it wouldnt have made a difference

I really don't understand how this film wasn't better appreciated. I am actually not Indian but i truly loved this film above a hundred film about boring love stories, i appreciated the love story here, how the actresses character didn't just up and leave India,her job, her life just coz she was in love, she felt she owed more to her pple/students. and Shrk character was so unlike a lot of his characters. Very quiet, shy. Its obvious i loved it so i will just shut up. lol.
