no, i went online and searched up the game engine for tribes 2 and tribes: vengeance. this is actually the engine that made those two games. this game engine is apparently very advanced for its time.

TGEA is what you make of it. If you like it to be a commercial thingy there are other solutions but for indie with game development aspirations this is luvely, and the demo is as well. Good work!!

Nice,,, i dont know this engine, just the open source ones, Panda3D is that right now using.. I know that Torque 3D is a commercial product, but it is a library like others engine or is a complete suite, modeler + renderer + engine + sounds + physics, etc. ?

Really. I like this so much better. The music is kickass, the launcher looks cooler, the armor looks more futuristic, and it's just better.

Torque's game engine is one of the best from personal experience. ALOT of games which you may not know have used Torque.

I don't think so, but the torque engine is based off of the old tribes engine. That could explain the similarities.

TGE (Torque Gaming Engine) ain't 3D GameStudio. TGE Actually supports OpenGL, and allows you to export programming to Windows, MacOS, and Xbox360. :P

You gotta get an actual 3D modeling program to to import to TGE.

Oh man I really hope this really is Tribes 3 - after the debacle that was Tribes Vengeance, a fresh Torque engine rendition of Tribes would be awesome.
