Woodturning Projects Redwood Christmas Ornament

is there a reason you are dry sanding these projects...it seems that Christmas ornaments would almost "require" a french polish.

I used a gloss finish on the ornaments. The wax I normally use would not bond with the spray finish.

Hey Carl, I tried to send a comment through your website but it doesn't seem to be working right now, love the video's they're great! As a beginner I struggle with Sharpening, any plans to do a video on sharpening?

There are a lot of good videos on Sharpening. I sharpen by hand its probly not the best way to teach someone. They make some very nice jigs that make it really easy.

@major23q he uses hot glue he says it in almost like half of his vidoes

It's hot glue! I have a video up on how I do it I'll try to link it to this video as a response.
