He was doing ok up to garlic.Garlic is overhyped. I ate raw garlic for 20 years every few days and it didn't seem to do much of anything. After a year garlic-free, I'm no worse off. I feel no difference. So how can such a weak drug clean out sludge? If acid doesn't do the trick, how can garlic? Why not aspirin instead?

Patenaude is in excellent health and eats no Cacao . Same with Super Vegan Raw foodist Athlete , TIM VAN ORDEN. He takes NO supplements whatsoever and is in super Health. People are Living on Cacao ? hmm not so sure about that, i think its way overused and not helpful if eaten in such huge quantities. David Wolfe is a fabulous teacher, but im not with him on the whole Cacao trip
